Used 2018 smart fortwo Consumer Reviews
Exactly what was expected
A perfect car for in-town driving and also able to flat-tow behind a motorhome. There are compromises with any vehicle - it's small, but it is .... small :-) Perfect for use as a daily driver usually driven by one person around town. Easy to drive and and so far no regrets whatsoever.

Smart is right
My 2016 smart for two has been an amazing surprise. Since day one I have been averaging over 40 mpg combined. I have 30209 miles on it. The biggest surprise is on the highway she is very stable and there is no problem passing other vehicles when the need arrives. Actually the car seems content and nimble at 70 to 80 mph speed. The ride is nicer also. City and back roads are a much rougher ride. Nope not a Lexus but node a truck ride either. Maintenance is simple, 0/40 weight Mobil One once a year with filter. Changed front pads at 26,000 because of what I read but they could have went much farther. Changed plugs at 30k as maintenance schedule said. Old ones looked fine. Oh well. Bottom line 2016 Smart a nice ride.

2017 smart prime cabrio
I previously bought a new 2008 smart car and drove it for 10 years. The 2017 is wider, has 18 more horsepower, turbo charged, four lug rims instead of three lugs, 6 speed dual clutch automatic instead of 5 speed single clutch. Big improvement- performance and better gas mileage.
