Used 2004 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class Consumer Reviews
No "B" pillar - ya' gotta love it!
Great car. I had a '99 CLK320 and there is no comparison with this car - more performance and refinement. Only slightly negative so far is the ventilation system which seems to add a lot of engine heat.
What a car M B CLK500
What a nice experience to drive MB CLK 500. Car is manufactured to the higest standard of the quality used in the auto industry. Many thoughts were incorporated during a design to every detail of the car.

Beautiful but Balky
My new MB is a beauty both inside and out but the balky shifting of the auto trans has spoiled my enjoyment. This is especially true going up and down hills. It's like it just doesn't want to shift. There is no such thing as coasting down hill to improve mileage as it just slows down unless you give it some gas. The mileage is another issue (11 City and 20 Highway).
My previous car was a BMW 325 conv.
but I don't miss it. The CLK convertible is better (but the 325 cheaper ;-). I actually like the fact that it comes with casssette as standard, so I can connect my ipod (which wasn't possible in the 325). If there is anything I don't like, then it is the trunk, apparently there is no way of closing it without touching the car on the outside ... Next time I would pay for the "elecronic trunk closer" option (490$)
Perfection
The fastest and most powerful vehicle I have ever driven, the car just feels like it wants more no matter how much you give it.
