Used 2015 Hyundai Veloster Consumer Reviews
Only on small problem in ten years, the cd
Outstanding fuel mileage, super easy to Drive, great value vs cost
Great car for the price
i bought a 2014 2SG R- Spec Turbo Hatchback and it was a great car, burnt a little oil but if you keep an eye on it. it’s fine. i lost the car rear ending it into a jeep but it still drove with half the front end and radiator disconnected, plus i didn’t have a single scratch during the collision, so the cars safety is great. it’s a decent car for the price, comes with a lot of features like the sunroof and a great stereo system.

Engine replacement at 159k
I replaced the turbo twice within the past 2 years.its a daily driver but im not racing buy no means. I drive safe and carefully. The highest speed i have drove in this car is 85mph. I have spent about 5k in repairs with my local mechanical shop. I took it to my local hyundai dealer and the price for the se maintenance was much higher. I'm pretty sure i will never i mean never get another hyundai ever in my life. Alot of people may think well its how you drive and maintain your car for it to last. I got regular on time maintenance work done. Tires rotated, oil change, belts changed, bearings changed , and even just make sure the car is good checks. Man this is ridiculous and just plan out fuatrating. I owe 3k on my 2014 veloster and has spent 5k when i initially bought it for 10,500. I even purchased the extended powertrain motor combo warrenty for 2k. I feel as of now, i should be able to sue or perhaps get the police involve. Yea it should be against the law to have to maintain a car thats not even worth that much. I cant believe this is the world we live in. 8k to replace a motor. That havent even reached 200k miles. Are you kidding me with these good reviews. Give it sometime and you will see. Dont do it. I feel like i need to start a protest to ban hyundai for making anymore cars or at least give the people there money back. Smdh

Waste of money!
We have had our veloster for approx. 100k miles now. We purchased it with like 6000 miles on it so of course the warranty was voided due to that. Anyways so far we have dumped thousands of dollars into this uncomfortable hunk of junk. The cheapest one was changing the headlight bulb. The front bumper has to be dropped just to get enough space to change the bulb itself. Then around 70k miles the turbo goes out. This was several thousand dollars to get repaired, and ever since then now the car is going through alot of oil. We're now just over 100k miles and the heating system no longer works. Another 1000 dollars. Just these few things alone are enough for me not to buy another hyundai or to ever refer my family or friends to buy one. Other reasons I would not recommend buying this car is that it is a pretty loud and rough ride. You will feel every bump on the road. There is no space in the back seat for passengers. Overall the quality of this vehicle is poor, and the performance of it has been just as bad.

Sports car thrills
handles well, grips on corners. Accelerates fast. Electronics work slow and intermittently.
