Taurus limited
I bought a 2017 limited love the car! Spacious, drives and turns great! Only thing i dislike about the car is when u defrost your windows it cover the entire windshield with moisture.....
This is a great vehicle!
I love my SEL AWD! It has plenty of power - this trim is the 3.5L Duratec engine rated at 288hp - that will push you back into the seat while getting on it from 35 mph. I like the option of using E-85, also, as it's generally 85 cents cheaper per gallon (15 gallons is $12.75 saved) than the 87 octane, the lowest rating you should put in when using gasoline. The AWD is great, and is a good alternative to getting an SUV if the only reason for one is the 4wd. This trim comes with 20" rims, the tires being 245/45 99H. This makes the car sit a little taller so you don't exactly feel like you're driving a sedan. The Sync works awesome, although sometimes you have to turn the car's Bluetooth off then on again to get it to properly sync up with the phone. Very mild annoyance, barely worth mentioning. It comes with 2 USB ports, two power ports, cup holders everywhere, sunroof, nav, and satellite radio. And a backup cam. The trunk is huge. With the back seats up, too. Huge. All in all, this is a great car, absolutely nothing like the Tauruses of yester-years. I recommend you give one a try if you're in the market for an AWD sedan.

Sweet Ride
The Taurus Limited is a very comfortable car. The leather seats are very supportive and nicely adjustable. They automatically move back to allow easier exit from the vehicle. The heated feature on the seats And steering wheel is very nice. The fuel mileage is a little low and combined with fuel capacity, the range is a little low. This car has been Very Dependable. No problems in the first 50,000 miles. The waterpump went out just before 60k miles. It was covered under warranty. Internal waterpump is Expensive. Still going strong at 70k miles.

the old goat and his SHO
unfortunately Ford is no longer going to make the Taurus- It is a great car of which I have owned many - During my career on The Massachusetts State Police the Taurus was the cruiser of choice - Upon my retirement I worked for a large construction company that purchased Ford's only - I was lucky enough to be able to have a Taurus company car - My wife was always a Mustang fan and owned many that were subsequently given to my daughters when they were able to drive- I am 79 years old and have never owned a foreign car and never will as long as I'm taking up space on the planet - It appears I will go for the ST Explorer when they are available - That's my opinion about Ford so i'll continue my retirement doing what I do best Nothing.

Simply the best...
I have driven and owned many sedans over the years and this 6th generation Taurus build is by far the best out of all other sedans in it's class. The comfort level is incredible and no other vehicle has seats that are as comfortable as the leather heated seats in these cars and the touch screen back up camera and adjustable pedals make it even better. The powerful flex fuel V6 engine my Taurus has is wonderful on gas and I get excellent city and highway mileage while driving a very fun car that hugs the curbs like a sports car (if yours doesn't change your tires and or suspension because these cars are beasts at this) and just truly a joy to drive and ride in. The dependablity is great with low mileage and could be better at higher mileage but everything you get more than makes up for this negative overall. I currently have my second 6th gen Taurus (first was 2010 this one is 2016) and I am just as in love with this one. I know I will continue to get more years of good service from this amazing car.
