my first full year driving the 2015 ford edge
After one full year driving the new ford edge with no complaints other than a constant water condensation problem in the rear led tailights usually after it rains or the vehicle goes thru a car wash. Ford has agreed to replace only the center taillight at this time . Other than the above described the car has been a pleasure to drive and handles well in all weather conditions and has been a reliable vehicle so far .

Excellent vehicle, lots of room!
Bought the Edge after looking at Escapes and wanted more space. We were coming from a Compass, so this is a huge upgrade. The SEL leather interior is very nice and the overall space in the vehicle is perfect for a growing family. The styling is great and the technology features are great. We bought the 3.5L V6 after driving the 2.0 EcoBoost because of its increased performance and towing capabilities. Overall it is a great vehicle and I definitely recommend for this price range.

From fair to expensive
I bought this car, it had18000 miles. The first month the battery went dead, Ford replaced it under warranty. A year and a half later that battery failed. Ford wouldn't warranty that battery, bought new one from Hensley battery. less than one year later went out to start car,it was dead, doors wouldn't even open. Jumped it with my ford truck. Then once it started it couldn't steer, the steering has a electronic assist. Had to have it towed to our Ford dealer,Western Slope Ford, got a call that it needs a new steering assembly. $1700.00 something. This car has 25700 miles. I talked with some other edge owners, this car has a lot of battery issues. I'll probably trade it after I fork over the money to fix it. Definitely wouldn't make this mistake again. I over paid for it in the first place.

The Edge
It handled great, always looked great, nice paint. Navigation system worked very easy and well. Sorry I traded it in for a Cadillac. Would have bought another Edge if they would have changed the style the 19 looks just like the 15. Got only 17,000in trade

Nice riding SUV
We looked at a few SUV's before buying the Edge, Including the Buick Encore, GMC Terrain, Kia Sportage and Sorrento, Chevy Equinox and Ford Escape. The best by far was the Edge. Most room, comfort and performance at a good price. The 2.0L Turbo 4 cylinder out performs all of the others except the Escape including the Terrain's V6 that we tried because its 4 cylinder was so bad. Very happy with the purchase so far. Sync system is a problem. Can't use old wired Ipod it has to be Bluetooth or nothing. USB port is in an inaccessible spot making it very difficult to reach. We've been getting an on average of 27 to 29mpg which is great for a vehicle this size. We haven't had any mechanical problems at this point with an accumulated 60,000 miles. No problems encountered
