Like the Escape, but not as good.
Love the power of the 3.5 V6, but that is the only thing positive I have to say about it. I honestly never understood why Ford made the Edge alongside the Escape. My wife has a 2013 Escape, so, I am confident in saying the only differences between the two is the Edge is a couple inches, has a V6 option and the controls for the HVAC system is not as user friendly (most of the controls are in the center touch screen). The Escape is a much better buy and is a better vehicle than the Edge.

Not Impressed
It's a comfy suv with good power delivery how ever its a headache to maintain (worst than German). I currently have two major issues: - water pump leaking (2k usd at least te repair) transmission: 2 to 3rd gear change delay Other issues: - climate control malfunction - lock actuator malfunction Yearly maintenance betweem 2-3k usd
