Bought new 2007 now 253000 klm, no rust, oil spray each year, no paint peel, doors close as new. Zero sensor issues, over 50000 k dirt road, zero parts front end. Truck runs and drives as new. Just bought a 2nd Tundra. Paid the money got the keys drove home, no worries, and no surprises, very happy with both Tundras. The latest 2010 has 217000 when i bought. Both trucks tight, both still feel new. I saw fellow i bought 2010 from. He has new 2020... How is new compared to 2010. He chuckled...he says feel the same...he is in his mid sixtys. Great trucks. I do pull 10000 pounds... Works great..i will not go back to Chev or GMC, why? Fewer repairs, less money spent, i drove GM, and dodge for just over 40 years all good. Not as good as Toyota as far as i concerned. All are machines, all break and wear out. Toyota Tundra has been by far least expensive to keep on the road, for the driving we have done with it compared to the above mentioned. GM far too many transmission issues, paint issues, front end issues, chicken s#:+ issues seemed to pop up yearly. Not the Tundra. Not perfect but damn good machines. I will buy Toyota Tundra again for sure. Actually we now own 3 Tundras. Lol...do you think we like em??? I just want to have few repairs, i have always been a long time owner, keeping vehicles 15 years is not new for me. I drove many Dodge vehicles thru work, some Ford, and GM. Last time i checked, Tundra 75 percent North American parts, 100 percent built in North America. Ford is close to that....Sorry GM, Chev, Dodge, or Ram, cannot say that. Yes i got home last night overall fuel was at 14.4 liters for 100 k. The bit i may spend in fuel i do not pay in repairs, or down time. If you need to pull huge weight buy a diesel. Not trying to put down the big three, but my experience is the Toyota Tundra a very reliable, pulls 10000 without issue. Yes you know your pulling it but Truck pulls it very well. Yes it will maintain 100 110 k with load up the hills... I would suggest to anyone looking to buy a 1500 series truck to get the yearly pocket book from consumer's report. I have yet to see the Tundra come in below average since 2007. Usually Tundra is above average or way above average, each and every year. GM, Chev, Ford, Dodge, Nissan trucks cannot and have not had an average, or above average every year since 2007. Only Toyota has that stat. Check it out. The domestic trucks are nice when new. Not so nice when the miles start getting up there. like i said i keep for 10 or 15 years... or more. Some only keep with the warranty in tact... That works for the rich, I not rich so i will stick to highly reliable... Long time owner no monthly payments for years for me!!!

Never imagined I'd be driving a Toyota after driving Fords (Explorer, 3 F-150s and F-250) for almost 20 years. Though I've only had this Tundra for two weeks, I have to say that it far exceeds all expectations I ever had for a vehicle, much less a truck. Where has this truck been my whole life??? Go drive one - you have to experience the new Tundra for yourself.

Best Truck on the Market

Previous GMC Sierra owner and this truck is way better. Beat out the F150 on a test drive, too. Once you drive it, all others pale in comparison. Power is tremendous, braking is phenomenonal. It drives like a sports car but is a truck. No complaints after 4000 miles. Very tight, quiet, phone syncs flawlessly, excellent radio. The best features: full back window sliding down and the sunroof. It's the next best thing to a convertible.

Currently have just under 12k on the odometer. I have the top of the line Limited fully loaded. I traded in a 06 SR5 Double Cab for this truck. I also test drove the Silverado, Avalanche, Titan, and F-150/250's prior to purchasing the truck. Granted, everyone is entitled to his/her opinion but I just don't feel anything comes close to the Tundra... Bluetooth, nav, rear window and sunroof, huge backseat, rear DVD, aux jack for your iPod or MP3 player, heated seats, rear backup camera, huge towing power, silky yet powerful brakes, quick off the line (although it'll swallow your gas) and real "torquey" feel. Huge ride, but plush. Doesn't drive like a truck - that's a good thing to me!
