Beware after 50.000 miles this car started using oil . Last oil change went 750 miles and used 3 quarts of oil . They did extend warranty because of this problem but good luck getting them to honor it. Just search oil usage Honda. They say one quart for a thousand miles is normal. Also say to let sit 15 min before checking . If there isn't oil on stick when you pull it out it isn't good . The oil pan is the reservoir for the engine if it isn't there the engine isn't getting it. I would really think twice about this car before buying . I was a GM Pontiac mechanic so I do know engines and cars. Update : They did rebuild pistons and rings , So far so good 6,000 miles and no oil usage !
I've had the car now for 2 months and have been very happy with it. It's a great value for the money and looks more like it should have an Acura badge than a Honda. I've been in an Acura CL Coupe and this car is very similar - maybe even nicer inside.
Lots of options for the money, sporty looks, quality feel, safety features (affordable insurance), pretty decent gas mileage - lowest 25mpg with more city driving, highest 29mpg all hwy. This is without driving too crazy. 18.5g tank is great, and takes reg. gas. Go nearly 500 miles b/w fillups.
Single fold-down rear seat should be split folding, needs higher watt sound system - it's not quite good enough to be the "premium" system, should have auto-dimming rear view mirror, needs more low-end torque, too big/heavy - make closer to the Altima Coupe size.
