    In my experience, you CANNOT compare Audi & BMW when it comes to maintenance & repairs. I'm not saying BMWs are perfect, they've had problems with the N54 Twin Turbo I've heard a lot more anecdotal evidence that is BAD for BMW reliability in the last 5-7 years than I have for Audi.     I own a O6 tsx with 6MT and nav. The only difference with it and the 07 is the tpms on the 07. I bought my tsx new 11/06. It now has almost 120,000 problem free miles. Excellent car

    Your price with Tech sounds about right and is a far cry from what I encountered. Acura of Milford CT stated the MSRP of a 2010 w/o Tech to be 39,465 and offered a totally inflexible bottom line price of 26,684 net cash due after trade in of my cream puff 2006 TSX!     looks like you posted this a while back. Hope you have sorted this out. Did you look at the side panel when you open the boot on the passnger side, my dealer (or acura) has 2 stickers 1 for audio unlock and1 for handsfree. Good luck

    Figured I'd just put up a post about my recent purchase of my '06 TSX w/Navi and 32K miles. Dealership listed it for 21,980....I paid 20K even. Based upon dealing with multiple Acura dealerships in my area, this was the best I could do. Also, the car was certified. Location..suburbs of Chicago. Love this car.

    Acura no longer says you have to use premium. They changed their wording in the owners manual around 2006. They now say 87 is minimum. For 2005 it states 91 octane premium required, lower octane may cause damage. The 2006 manual though says 91+ octane recommended however 87+ octane may be used with reduced performance.     Not sure about the Acura (seems fair), but I would think you might be able to knock down the price of that G35 some more.. Especially a demo unit with 5K miles...     You're correct - the 2004-05 TSX has 200 hp. The 2006-2007 TSX has 205 hp. However, there is more than a 5 hp jump. For 2006 models, Honda/Acura began using revised SAE standards to rate their engines.     the 25,750 is ridiculous right now...wait until after xmas if he is not going to come down, tell him some other offers you have received, even if you havent received them from other dealers that you talked with online, tell him you know about the 1,000 marketing support and that invoice is 25,436 and so you expect 24,600 at least for new...dont even consider the pre certified for that amount...

    Why would ever take a used TSX at the same price as a brand new one? If you can get them down to about 25K on a new one then they should take at least another 2-3K off for a used one with very few miles.
