I asked an out the door number of a CR-v EX from Honda of Turnersville in NJ today. The Internet Sales Manager named as Christine Dorety asked me to call her before 9:00 PM. In the phone call she said I have to be right there to show them the writing price provided by other dealer, then they can not guarantee to match or beat down that price. I asked if I could scan and send that writing price by email for time saving. She said no and I must be there. I asked if I visit your garage, can you guarantee to beat that price down? she said no.During the whole phone call, she continually to speak for 10 minutes. I almost can not have a chance to say a word. She didn't have any patience to listen to me and finally hang up immediately. I called back to her want to express my meaning. She became even more crazy and said she don't care my complain or report her bad behavior to anywhere. She said to me:"you can do anything whatever complain or report or bad review." She also said because she is a manager so she don't care. She is the most rude customer representative I have seen in NJ. Her behavior damaged the reputation of this dealership. I will tell this story to any one I know in NJ and suggest them to avoid this horrible dealership.

I purchase my car from Auto Market Sales in February 2018. I purchase a 2010 e350 Mercedes from Andy. I test drove the car and heard a little noise but the gentlemen who went with me to test drive the car told me because the car was sitting for awhile it was just break dust. I believe him. I purchase the car and I didn't hear the noise as I drove the car. As months went by the noise began getting louder and noticeable. I took it to Mercedes and they ran a diagnostic test on the car and told me that I need a transmission and converter. I only Drove the car 5000 in the short period of time I had the car. I had extended warranty so as the company did there research they refuse to pay for the transmission because it was a preexisting issue before I purchase the car. I was sold a LEMON. Andy knew that the car had issues not only that I was sold a car that had also been in a accident because you can tell there was a paint job done . What makes it worst is I called Andy and he said that I didn't purchase the car from him. I was taken back. then he ask my name and all of a sudden he remembered who I was. I explain to him what took place and he said I mess up the transmission. I was livid. the extended warranty company did there research and its stated on another car report that in June 2017 the car was taken in for transmission issues. I should have known better when I saw the car fax that it was missing 40000 miles of service but I wanted the car so badly that I trusted Andy. Although he provided good service, he sold me a car that was no good and he knew it. PLEASE IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM AUTO MARKET SALES BRING A MECHANIC OR ASK TO TAKE THE CAR TO GET A DIANOSTIC TEST BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET IF ITS A PREEXISITING ISSUE THAT YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT AND THE PERSON SELLING YOU THE CAR DOES. I HAD TO PAY 6700 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION. I PAID 21000 FOR CAR AND HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 7000 TO FIX AN ISSUE THAT I WASNT AWARE OF . If THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A WHILE ON THE LOT GET IT CHECKED FIRST BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER TELL THE TRUTH THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEY SUCCEDED WITH ME. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND NO ONE THEM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING SOMEONE WHO IS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT CARS OR ASK TO TAKE IT TO GET A DIAGNOSTIC TEST.

I was in the market for a used GL450. This was my first used car buying experience since I had been leasing cars before. Prior to that I had almost pulled the trigger on a few deals. I had to pull back because of "dealer fees" that came up at the last moment which were in excess of $3,000 at times. Highline Motor Cars is located almost 100 miles away from me so when I saw the truck I wanted on Autotrader I had to check their reviews online. Sure enough there were all pleasant reviews with a few minor exceptions (less than 1%). I called them and spoke to Uncle Sal who assured me the truck was available and they will have it prepped for me the following day. Upon reaching the dealership, as may reviewers have noted, you will notice that the quality of the cars on their lot is top notch. They showed me the truck and unlike other dealerships the truck was in immaculate condition with no funky smells as it had been detailed. It drove well too and I decided to seal the deal that day. The pricing on the truck was fair and I could not have asked for anything less, what I was prepared for were those pesky dealer fees. Uncle Sal, to my surprise, was very transparent with his pricing. He explained to me that they only take a fee that was way less than I anticipated and probably the least amount by far I had been quoted by any dealer. At this point I was a happy camper but the financing part is what blew my away. Uncle Sal ran my credit and he showed me the creditors I could choose from and he asked me how many and which ones would I want to try. Once the results came back he asked me which offer I preferred and after choosing the one I wanted he asked the creditor to reduce the interest rate a bit which they did. You will not find this level of transparency in most dealerships, including new car dealerships. Uncle Sal also gave me a 30 day warranty on the truck, including a guaranty that the truck will pass emissions, which it did. Highline Motor Car is by far the best dealership experience I have had by far. I promised Uncle Sal that I will always refer my family and friends to him and I will buy from him only going forward.
