Used 2005 Toyota Sienna Consumer Reviews
Toyota Minivan or Lexus Minivan
Always thought people enjoy minivans when they buy it and when they sell it. Here comes Sienna, sales man insisted my wife to test drive it and thats it. We loved it over GX470, Honda Pilot,Seqoia.... Took the highest model, paid 37K and love it. Toyota dealerships are the best and Toyota company is always asking feedback to improve. For future maybe some extra power would be good. But this is a true gem. Great drive city or highway. Music system is awesome. Did not take entertainment system ot navigation but everything else is in here. Love how the dashboard looks at night.

Excellent Minivan
This is a fantastic vehicle. The AWD has already saved us in the snow here. The kids love the seats and the space (we haven't fired up the DVD yet). We love the stereo and other convenience features. The controls are mostly intuitive, although a few require some trips to the maual. The seats are very comfortable and very adjustable and the leather is luxurious. Handling is unexciting but acurate, competent, and forgiving.
Buy this Van, its awesome!!!!
We switched from an SUV to this van and have never regretted it for one second. Its sporty, lots of pep, and drives like a luxury sedan. We like everything about it!!!!! We compared the Dodge,Honda, and Chevy Uplander. The dodge felt very cheep, drove like a 1995 caravan with different body and the seats were razor thin and very hard (but I guess you have to give up something for 2nd row stow and go....) and the Honda felt like you were driving a very big full size fan that was about an inch off the pavement. The Uplander was underpowered, exterior design is terrible, and doesn't have a lot of the little handy items that the Sienna has. Don't waste your time comparing, go for the Sienna.
Toyota gets it right with Sienna.
This car is smooth as silk over the road and probably the quietest car I've ever driven. The 8 way power drivers seat with power lumbar is the best I've ever sat in and I'm 6' tall. All the gadgets and controls are easy to navigate. The transmission shifts are so subtle, the only hint that it is shifting is the change in RPM on the tach. The fit and finish of this car is very nice and the quality is very good. The engine is plenty powerful for any task. The brakes are very good with just a slight pressure on the pedal, our van has 4 wheel disc, I highly recommend. The JBL sound system and DVD player is icing on the cake. The kids are plenty occupied on a trip with their wireless headphones.
