Can't be beat!

This is an car not only for the family, but is fun for the Daddy too. Until looking in the rearview mirrors, I can't tell for I'm driving a car or minivan. Well manner, and super handling. The one negative I would have to say is the noice level. My previous minivan was a Chrysler TandC and it had noticably less road noise then the Toyota.

After checking tons of posts I realized that today my choice of minivans is narrowed by two brands Toyota and Honda.I started with test driving Sienna and ... did not even want to try another van. I chose Sienna LE FWD 8 seats with package #1.List of selling points for me:0. My daughter loves it!1. Great handling and turning radius 2. Great build and material quality 3. Got exactly what I want without paying extra money for extra toys 4. The same engine and tranny that lexus 330 has 5. Yours - consumer's satisfaction (compare to a Honda's) 6. I leased the car and will consider to buy it off lease.

Great goodies!

This is a great car which I have owned for a month. The thoughtful goodies on a fully optioned XLE Limited take a while to learn how to use, but worth the effort (and the expense). The car was delivered without a single defect. The navigation sytem is improved over the 2002 system. However, the run-flat tires cost $425 each to replace and it seems that no one stocks them. Toyota advises not to mix other types of tires with them. Although rated 4 season, they are not aggressively tread. It's an impracticle extra expense and Toyota should use regular tires, offering the run-flats as an extra cost option.

Minor Grips, Key Fobs don't Adjust Drivers Seat & Mirror, Can't Operate power windows in assocory. position, Interior lights don't turn off after a time when door is left open, Front passenger seat is not electric. No interior lights in the hatch back door. No spare tire. (Note all above items are std on the Chrysler T & C LTD.)

Careful of Sliding door and run flat tir

I have been ok with my mini van, but I would NOT recommend this van to a friend. First I had huge problems with the Run Flat tires- that Toyota eventually agreed to replace one set- after I had already paid for a set- then of course those wore out fast too- Now I'm stuck- even though I put on regular tires- I can't get a spare for less than $700!! Brakes also wear fast on AWD, very fast! Next HUGE problem both of my sliding back doors started sticking and giving me problems just two years after I bought it- Now neither will open and I'm being told it will cost 3,600 to fix- the car isn't even 5 years old yet AND one of the parts was just replaced 14 months ago, will it just break again?! Owned a Toyota tercel before for 5 years with NO problems & husband owned a Camry with no problems. Too bad I can't say the same for the Sienna.
