I love my Prius

I bought a 2006 Prius in December 05 and have put 12,000 fun and trouble- free miles on it. I got the "loaded" version with all the options including the navigation system and so far everything has worked flawlessly. Fuel mileage has been excellent although the 61 mpg in city driving requires a lot of gas pedal finess. A recent trip from Phoenix to Denver netted 56.8 mpg. My only complaint is that the mapping system is outdated, probably by about 2 to 3 years. Toyota should offer free or inexpensive updates every year. I would buy another Prius in a heartbeat although I'm hoping I'm still driving this one 5 years from now.

This car IS fun to drive and gets outstanding mileage, and gets better every week. I got 48 mpg on my first tank of fuel. I'm now getting an honest 52 mpg even with running the AC most of the time. (Never got less than 48 mpg.) Love the car so far!

My Second Prius

No matter how many times car people tell me that the Prius is never going to pay for itself, I'll still drive one. This is my second one and I love everything about it, especially the fact that the pollution level is so low. My mileage for my 2003 averaged 45-49 mpg (actual mileage) and the new one is 49-52 mpg so far. Foo on the naysayers-this is a really comfortable and well handling little car. I love the back up camera and the 8 airbag option also.

I purchased my 2006 Prius in July and I am so impressed with this vehicle. I have been averaging around 50 miles per gallon, which is less that what EPA estimates, but still unbelievable. It also has nice pickup and plenty of power. I traded in my SUV and have never been happier with a vehicle. I highly recommend this vehicle.

My White Prius

I like the way the vehicle looks, and drives, especally the CVT. We are averaging 45 mpg with the air conditioning system on constantly, and 50 mpg with the air conditioning off. These mpg figures are for about 75% in town driving, and 25% freeway driving. My wife and I both love this car!
