Antifreeze/Coolant Odor
I purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry in October of 2019. The car wreaks of the smell of antifreeze. I have taken it into the service department, and they say they smell it too, but it is not a defect. I even contacted Toyota Corporate and they also said it was not a defect. I reached out to the general manager about the problem numerous times via phone and email. No response. I am sure if they were driving the car it would be a different story. I can't tell you the number of people who have let me know they think I have a coolant link. I thought this would be my last car purchase, and I was set to go for the duration of my life. However, now I am in the position of having to come up with the money to replace this car with another one. I tried to ignore the odor, but I have reached the point I can't take it anymore. I will not be buying a Toyota. I always loved my Toyotas. I am disappointed. I recently traded it in for a Honda and will never buy another Toyota.

Excellent “Point A to Point B” Car
Let’s just say it’s a 4.9 out of 5 stars since I simply wish I didn’t get a black one. Every little scratch is noticeable but I had to teach myself not to look so closely at it. Overall it’s a very nice looking car. The amount of power it has and the looks are definitely an upgrade from my 2013 Honda Civic. Very comfortable ride and seats. That transmission delay that everyone keeps talking about has only happened to me once on the 3rd day I had it and it was really only like 1 second, probably less. Hasn’t happened since. Yes there are some tiny little things about the interior that are slightly annoying but they are so small, it’s not worth mentioning on here.

2019 Toyota Camry a disappointment
I bought this 2019 Camry in July of 19. It a XLE 4 dr. 6 cylinder. In Jan of this yr, it accelerated on its own & hit my Mother’s carport. Has anyone had any problems like this? Has a recall on fuel pump, no remedy yet.
