Still in the honeymoon stage. I am trying to learn a car w/ turbo. The lag in the low revs is unbearable at times. The understeer needs to be adjusted. Good build quality and sporty-feeling, but not as "nice" as the '03 Jetta we own. Great power, Great utility. It hauls! Love the smooth turbo.

Keeping it under 4000 rpms for the first 1000 miles was a royal pain as the engine just wants to be driven in the 5 to 7 thousand range. Not that low rpms led to low torque, just the opposite. But once that first 1000 miles was over, it was pure joy to drive. The brakes are superb and the driver's seat range perfect for my 5' 11" 158 lb frame. The instrument panel has to be seen to be appreciated unlike any other on the market

All I can say is stiff suspension, whiplash power, and more wiplash power for the passengers!! This thing is a beast that can put the all 300 horses to ground. Thanks to AWD!

After a long wait, My new STI came Home, Every thing you could want in a true Rally Car, Great Responsive Ride, Tons and Tons of power. This is my 4th subaru, Hands down the best yet!! 96 SVX -LSI 2001 Legacy GT Limited Sedan (still Own) 2003 Legacy GT Wagon (Still Own) 2004 STI Blue / Gold
