Great Car

The Scion xB is a great town car for the money. It has room for everyone and split seats for those special shopping days. The interior has great head room.

Love my xB

At first I thought the 11 gallon gas tank would be too small, but I still get over 300 miles per tank. It's comfortable and I love driving it. When the salesman suggested it to me I said I would never buy that car, then I drove it, I am very glad I did.

I highly recommend this car! I was in an accident with the first one I owned and everyone walked away with out a scratch! It was total loss so I bought another one.

Exterior Design Flaw

The front and back end designs are poor. The front end drags on anything too high, pulls the front end bumper and grill off very easily. Then, the plastic fasteners break, leaving the front end hanging. Pushed back in, even the wind can pull it off. Dangerous. Should be a recall.

Need a car that just works and occasionally transports large items and or large people? No other car with a footprint this small is as useful. It's supremely reliable, fun to drive with a stick, and cheap to own. It's makes me smile. Update 1.14.18 More than 20 thousand miles later the car has needed nothing but oil changes and some fluid changes. I really appreciate the simplicity of owning this very useful car! Update 1.14.19 Well the little box is great but I need to replace the catalytic converter now at 195k miles. It also has a few spots of surface rust that I need to treat but that’s not the cars fault. It lived its 1st 10 years and 155k miles in Massachusetts.
