Fun Little Car

I had a 2005 xB - it was a very fun car to drive. My only complaint was with the small engine. It accelerated fine - but revs at 4,000 - 5,000 RPM when doing 75 - 80 mph on the freeway. My wife and two children were in this car when they were hit from behind at about 50 mph on the freeway. The xB spun them sevral times without tipping and no major injuries. It surprisingly held up very well considering. I would buy another one, but I am going to wait till a larger engine is offered - the 2.2 would be nice.

The Scion xB is THE CAR to own! A friend let me drive his xB and I was sold. I purchased it when I was 59 years young (I'm now "60"!) It is comfortable, practical, fun, attractive, economical and dependable. I would buy another one in a heartbeat! Yeah, SCION - TOYOTA hit this one out of the park!

This is a great small car with a lot of extras for a wonderful price! There should be more of these type vehicles instead of the gas sippers out there!

Head Turning Car!

We wanted to buy a new vehicle and were looking to buy a pickup truck but found out the prices were to high. Plus the gas mileage for pickups is so bad. I came across the Scion XB while researching for cars and saw that its gas mileage is very good. We went to test drive it twice and decided to get it because it was boxy, head turning, and affordable. Who cares if I am not under 25 and don't fit the driver profile.

Love this car. I get 31.5 MPG all city driving. Just had first snow fall and this car handles great. I'm 6'4" and 310 lbs and I fit fine in front or back seat. Best small car it you need to hall big people. I have fit 4 6'+ adults.
