Built to Last
I've had this SUV for one year. It currently has 120k miles. After fixing the water pump, the engine has worked great. I love the roominess, compass, four-wheel drive, height, reliable engine, two extra seats in the back. One time I took ten people from Harlingen, Texas to Monterrey, Mexico. It was packed, but we made it. One main thing I don't like is the rough ride.
It just won’t die!
28 years old and still going strong at 208,000 miles. Of course it was very well maintained, still runs like new. It is a SR and I just changed the roof due to sunroof leak; this was anticipated and I had purchased one 10 years ago for such an event. An expense like that can only be justified by love, love for this vehicle. Now I take it out of the garage for an occasional Sunday drive enjoying the ride. I can go a couple of years without seeing another one on the road.

Ron of Montgomery Alabama
Was used primarily for road travel with a load of product and brochures for Sales and Marketing for all DoD, Federal and State Government sales of computers and computer related equipment for a seven year period. It was an office on wheels. It never failed me or let me down in any way. Unfortunately my supporting Mitsubishi dealership closed in Montgomery, AL. I have had to let some things go for lack of a competent and trustworthy repair facility. I am having to take the vehicle to different repair facilities for different types of maintenance requirements. I'm due for a timing belt change and have found a recommended facility finally. I'm ordering most of the parts myself.
Reliable as a Labrador
After 100k she's still going strong. Been overall pleased, but never passionate about it. Still tight as a drum, but getting small with 3 growing kids and their gear. Nice design, though the new ones look kind of effeminate.
