It is easy to handle and in to drive. I had one in 2016 and bought a Mazda 3 and went back to. CX3. They are full of safety features without having to pay a lot of money. And right now Mazda has some very good financing programs

Personally, I prefer a CX-3 rather than a CX-30 in terms of the size and fuel efficiency. Its basic trim also has the blind spot warning which a CX-30 basic trim does not have. It would be your perfect subcompact SUV if you do not care about the cargo size.

This is a very fun car to drive. I always had Toyota's RAV before but this is the one I enjoy getting around in. Great pickup and has everything you need but a cargo cover. Been driving mine since last Jan. 2021

I fell in love with this little car the minute I laid eyes on it and I was disappointed when I found that they are no longer being sold in the US. I managed to find a certified used one with super low miles. I live in San Francisco where parking can be tricky and steep hills are everywhere. I am also not a big fan of SUVs. This car has no trouble going up the hills. It is easy to park and has more way more storage than the MiNi cooper. The handling is pretty good too. It’s the perfect car for a single person or even someone with a small kid but it I wouldn’t compte this w any other SUV out there. If you like a MINI but think you need something a bit more practical and economical, then this is the car. I’m hoping that they will bring it back in different trim levels so I can upgrade. Not sure why Edmunds is comparing it with other small SUVs. This car is a bit higher off the ground than the Mazda 3 but it is not an SUV. I would compare this car with the MINI and not with a subcompact SUV because that it is not. I feel it was classified as one for marketing reasons and people’s obsession with SUVs.

Fantastic little car. Small yes. But a great fuel efficient commuter or starter car for a young professional or family. Mine has the white leather seats and I love the interior. Note: if you dont get Navigation your clock will only ever display the correct time if your phone is plugged in. You also cannot unlock the truck while the vehicle is on which means you have to turn it off when dropping someone off and they need something out of the trunk. Other than that is has been perfect for the 62,000 that I have had it. Handles like a dream on snow and ice with winter tires. Heated steering wheel and wiper park are my favorite features.
