Bought mine at 150,000. Still feels like new.

Excellent ride. Very zippy and hugs the road. Love to approach corners at speed and power through them. No mechanical issues other than changing an oil pressure switch ($15 part and 20 mon labor). The slim wheels and TCS give you lots of feedback so you can judge the road and test it's handling. Fun times for low cost yet super reliable.

My lease is up, so I've been looking at alternatives to buying my dark red 4-door sedan. I've looked at 20 or more new car models, but have come to the conclusion to just buy this car. I still like it, after 3 years of commuting and driving from VA to NC every couple of months. There's nothing wrong with this car and it's still very enjoyable to drive. Just wish it had audio input jack and the oil was easier to change.

Should have gone with a Honda!

I bought the Mazda6 as a replacement for a Mazda3. The mazda6 was my first brand new car. I love how it drives, and handles! Zoom Zoom... but at 11,500 miles I had the transmission replaced. At 13,000 I am having the transmission fixed, and the front suspension fixed. Sound strange to you? I live in a big city, no backwoods dirt roads, just city pavement. I am so upside down in this car, that I could never get out of it at this rate. I am about to bite the bullet and trade it in anyway, for a Honda. I hope no one else is having these problems.

When they say Mazda makes the drivers car, the 2007 Mazda 6 is what they're talking about. This car feels great across the board. Interior is pretty basic but with striking red dashboard illumination at night. All controls are ergonomically correct and convenient. Acceleration is OK. Handling is where this car shines. You really feel one with the car and it simply sails on the highway. Owned mine from 13k miles to 75k miles without a single repair.

I just love this car. Driving it makes you feel as though you own the road.
