Used 2006 Lexus ES 330 Sedan Consumer Reviews
my Lexus 330
Being a senior @ 84, & having driven many miles in many different vehicles, I don't think there could be a more suitable car for a senior citizen. Really a great car!
Disappointed
Steering is too sensitive, although it turns extremely well. Does not handle well in high wind. After owning the Chrysler 300C, the Lexus ES330 was a disappointment. Gets pretty good gas mileage, but you have to use premium fuel (Edmunds reports regular fuel -- not true, and the dealer didn't tell us about the fuel until we were ready to leave with the car! (Lesson learned: Buyer Beware!) Navigation system is too complicated and inaccurate, which doesn't help when you're in the middle of heavy, high-speed traffic and need it the most! Sound system could be improved with better quality speakers or more of them.

First Ever Non GM Car
This is the first ever Japanese car in this family and may not be the last. Fit and finish is superior to any American vehicle we've owned. Quietness, power, luxury, beauty of front end design, ergonomics, attention to detail are all reasons we left the General. And we don't regret it one bit.
The Pursuit of Perfection Continues
The 2006 Lexus ES330 continues the Lexus tradition of striving to be the best in it's mid-luxury class. The exterior styling retains it's dramatic look and still turns heads after all these years. The interior is plush and comfortable with many luxury items to keep the driver happy. The performance of the 3.3L 6 cyl engine is more than adequate and the 17" alloy wheels deliver a smooth ride. All around handling is great.
