Used 2023 GMC Acadia Consumer Reviews
Tranny problems
Bought a 2023 Acadia SLT. Transmission problems at 1k miles and it wouldn’t drive. Brought to dealership and they said it’s fine. Nothing is wrong. At 2500 miles it happened again. They finally admit there was a transmission problem. They had vehicle for a week and says it’s fixed. We are at 6k miles now and no issues since. But will be filing a lemon if it happens again. Don’t know if I can trust gmc moving forward.

Best Vehicle we’ve owned
After our Nissan was sold back as a lemon we got an Acadia Denali. We absolutely love it. It’s quite, comfortable and drives like a dream. Really impressed. 9000 miles on it now and falling in love every time we drive it. Best vehicle we’ve ever owned.

Not inpressed
Considering I purchased a Denali, it is lacking. The luxury luxury vehicle should have. Multiple issues with the back up camera. Had to go to the dealer 5+ times till they finally listen to me about the issues I found online and what needed to be done. Would not recommend.

GMC Acadia poor heater
Our 2nd Denali, takes forever for cabin to warm up in cold weather. Blower roars loudly, but moves very little air. Once warm inside, it cools off very quickly, little or no insulation. Tiny little seat heater, very slow to warm up, only heats middle of seating area and lumbar. Forget adaptive ride control, absolutely no difference in ride, we've had both. Fluttering plastic sound inside drivers door at speed. I keep going back to GM, but don't know why.

Lackluster 4cyl Turbo 2022
Love Hate Story ....I purchased the 2022 Acadia SLE 4cyl Turbo in June and after 3 Months I could no longer justfy this purchase due to the Poor MPG only getting 17 to Maybe 20 MPG around Town "sales guy" and the Slugish Acceleration with each start up was Extreamly Disappointing and Costly Purchase! I traded up now to the V6 Denali this week and took a Nice 7k bath doing so However, I got 28 MPG driving back to Tampa from S Florida and a Very Smooth Comfy Ride it is Now!! Think Twice if your concidering the New GM Turbo 4cyl Huge Costly Disapoitment for ME!
