Terrible Dealership Network
Have the 2022 GV80 3.5 and it is a beautiful vehicle. Unfortunately, the Genesis dealership experience is lacking. Lower your expectations and prepare for a bumpy ride when issues occur. The infotainment system crashes and restarts at random.

Love my car
Have the 2.5 AWD Prestige model. I find it very comfy, love the look, the 22” wheels, massaging driver seat, the valet service with loaner car. Overall you get a lot of bang for your money. The 2 negatives are no spare tire and gas mileage is not great when driving in town. Have had the car for 8 months and not a single problem.

Disappointing
Beautiful, luxurious car….and that’s where it stops. I had the car for three months but it has been nothing but disappointment. Front sensor didn’t work from day one. We had to take it back to the dealership next day. Randomly sensors and cameras go off when idle at a stop light. Front sensor only works intermittently. Memory setting on the driver seat doesn’t adjust back half of the time after vehicle parked overnight unless set button is pressed. Terrible fuel economy at 17 miles per gallon. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

Frustrating
Handles well. Rides comfortable. Loved it until HAD TO upgrade GPS System. Since upgrade weather system inoperable and voice commands not working. I have been to the dealership four times to reload system with same results. All the Connected Services department can recommend is to keep reloading. They have no idea how to fix. Extremely frustrating. Am looking into to see if lemon law is applicable. Would not recommend buying until they figure out how their system works.

Run far away as fast as you can
I paid $69K for a 2022 Genesis GV80 Prestige. Car ran great for the first 22K or so miles. It then started stalling on me. Come to find out it needed new fuel injectors. I then found out there is a recall on the fuel pump as well. Then at 29K miles the head gasket blew. After the dealership had it for 5 weeks, Genesis decided it needed a new engine. I can almost bet there will be continued issues. It’s been in the shop more than I’ve been able to drive it.
