Love Our Ford Flex
Roomy, comfortable, quiet...no road noise while driving in comparison to other cars we have owned. Easy to drive and love the ease of getting in and out of it and the styling. Stands out from any other car on the road and get a lot of compliments on it! Exceptional family car!

After 30 years of Ford family, this is last Ford
I am extremely disappointed with my 2015 Flex Limited. Poor workmanship, cheap materials, high end vehicle with limited range, poor mileage, noisy interior.

Uncomfortable
Most uncomfortable car, on long drives my family complains of leg cramps and neck cramps (we do not experience them in previous cars). Touch screen is very distracting. Visibility is extremely poor. I hate the electronic turn signal. The vehicle is low, front bumper hits curb and cracks (very expensive to repair). We were told the "bumper" that protects the car is behind the plastic/rubber surround. Nothing protects the surround which costs a fortune to replace. All round, we hate this car, can't wait to reach the break even point to get rid of it. This is an update: We have owned the flex for a little over two years. We still hate it. So far, we haven't had any mechanical difficulties. My wife, being short, has difficulty judging distances while parking. Touch screen remains distracting. I dislike the way the car accelerates and brakes. This is another update: its been 6 years now. The car is paid off but can't afford another. We discovered that if one tire gets a flat you need to buy 4 tires because of the all wheel drive! Never again will I get a AWD! The car hasn't had any unusual mechanical problems. Still hate the touch screen and the lack of visibility. mileage now is 110,000. Final update. We have owned this car for 7and a half years, driven 120,000 miles. The car is starting to have mechanical problems. Red flags, mostly with associated with the fuel system. We are done, traded it in. Never really like this car, will not miss it. Love our new car. Another perspective: My daughter just acquired her learners permit. She operates our other cars effortlessly, she finds the flex much more difficult to drive. Well, it has been four years, and we still have the flex. Still find it uncomfortable. Would like to get rid of it, but it seems to depreciate faster than we can pay it off. Knock on wood, it hasn't given us any mechanical problems except for a bad wheel bearing. Another update: January 2020: We spun a second wheel bearing. Two weeks later the bolts holding the rear end snapped with no probable cause ! (almost 90,000 miles on it) We can not afford a new car, so I guess we have to keep it for now. Still not my favorite car. Average repair cost have been around $850 per year over the past five years. ( does not include financing, we still owe another 13 months on it paying $471.00 per month)

My Flex
Love the car, I'd love it more if I had bought it brand new. I have hit a few bumps in the road with me buying a used one and the dealer. Mine has 1 sunroof and 3 additional openings for a sky roof in the rear sitting areas. A ton of features like running a vehicle health report while the vehicle is running. The vehicle is a very comfortable ride for a large family.

Love the car the navigation feature needs work
Really like my flex for driving gets OK mileage for its size, but the navigation system Is hard had to use, and it is just not user friendly. We have learner to use the navigation system after two years, but it certainly took a lot longer than it should have. When we use it finding places is much easier. Still learning more about the navigation system, should be much easier.
