Great Truck
I tow a 10000+LB RV 90% of the time. My truck has the 6L diesel TS transmission. It is a super performer and handling truck. Love it. PS Do not like the low speed noise.
Great Truck
I love my new F250. Aside from upgrading the tires, shocks and steering dampner, the truck is dependable and sharp looking.

F-250
overall A REAL FUN TO DRIVE SHARPE INTERIOR AND A SLICK SMOOTH EXTERIOR
nice
A lot of power in small package.Pull a 34 footer and does a fine job. No real problems other then 2 recalls. Love the auto transmission with brake. It`s like a car to drive very responsive and braking is great.

I bought a new F250 4x4 because of prior experience with a 2000 model. After test driving the other 2 makes with diesel power, I liked the new Ford the best. The 6.0 w/ 5 speed auto work great together. The refinements on the 2004 models fill the voids that the earlier models had. The biggest thing I don't like is the addition of a catalyst to the exhaust. The smell from it is dreadful and very sharp almost acid like to me. I have to idle a lot and the fumes are drawn into the cab. On my truck the cat will have to go. With some radio upgrades to match GM's bose/xm system this ford could be the ultimate practical truck.
