Bought a 2010 F-150 supercab with STX trim during Ford Truck month. What a great ride, at an even better price ($20998 + TTL from a sticker of $30K). 4.6 L engine mated to a 4 speed auto seems plenty strong. Ride is great, quality of materials, workmanship and design effort are all A++. Just barely fits in my garage with the 6-1/2 foot bed. My biggest question is do I go with a Line-X application or slip in a Duraliner.

MY dad spent 40 grand on this truck and it was great until we got to 27000 miles it was then the back two pistons in our engine blew up. so ever since then ive hated ford if you want a truck that will last long dont byea ford i sugest a toyota or chevy.

16 years later and the 2v 4.6 liter v8 hums right along. Every police Crown Vic had this venerable engine..many hitting 450k without a hitch. Amazing 2010 regular cab two wheeler…XL roll up windows, manual locks. Bullet proof.
