Brought my new 2019 Touring L Plus home from dealer and tried installing car seats in second row captains chairs.The head rests push the car seats forward so the car seats do not fit flush in the seat.I contacted the dealer and they said they never heard of this problem before,that I must be doing something wrong or maybe I should buy new car seats.The head rests do not go up or down and are not removable.Never owned a mini van before,always had SUV"s.So far a big disappointment,not only because of the problem but with the response from Chrysler.

Transmission Failure

We experienced hard shifting after 60k miles and long story short ended up needing the transmission replaced. If reliability is something you're looking for, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a cheap van that doesn't even make it to 100,000 miles, you've found the car of your dreams! Update: Edmunds asked me to do an update. So, after replacing our transmission, we still have the same issues. This vehicle is cursed and we are only at 115,000 miles. In addition, we just replaced the AC compressor as it has now failed. The money that we saved vs. paying for quality like Toyota or Honda has evaporated. This car is a lemon and will give another update when I finally goes to the scrap yard, which will probably be sooner rather than later. Good luck everyone looking for something positive about these vehicles, I hope you find it!

Front row driver and navigator are not able to listen to CD or watch a DVD even when the car is parked. Unless they go to the second row!?! Yes it sounds crazy but thats how this minivan was desgined. Also this minivan will auto shut off while you are by a red light with your foot on the brake but it will not do that when you are in park position with motor running (who came up with such stupidity?).

We can get our aging parents in the vehicle or stow and go to pick up vintage treasures. It also rides great and has plenty of power.
