UNDERRATED, SO-SO IMAGE, SAD PRODUCTION STOP
Professionally, I drive many makes and models each 100-500 miles daily over interstates and local streets and changing the vehicle daily. The Impala is one of my top favorites and accordingly I own one. Cabin room and seating comfort is superb. Ease of steering effort is optimal and handling ranks with the best rivaling some sports oriented sedans. V6 acceleration is very powerful and braking is competitive. Fuel economy is 29 highway at 75mph and 18 city. Logic of dash and steering wheel controls is good and easy to operate. Features most all of the latest high-tech safety items. I would improve (1) quality of dash plastic materials and (2) extension length of telescoping steering wheel. Tremendous vehicle and value. Sad to see GM abandon the full-size sedan market.

The Sedan which handles very well
I bought a new, 2019 Chevy Impala LS V-6, off a dealer's lot, five months ago. I ascertained that the Impala had a trunk, almost 19 cubic feet, which was what I was looking for. Please note that I have a 6 cylinder LS. For some reason, I could not enter 6 cylinder, under the "Model-Trim", at the end of the review. I road tested the LS, and it was very easy to handle, and the overall ride was smooth. I've been impressed with the electronic features on the car. For example, I enjoy the Bluetooth feature, whereby recorded music on my smartphone, is broadcast through a speaker on the dashboard. Also, I enjoy the hands free feature, whereby I can receive cell phone calls, which are also broadcast, through a speaker near the instrument panel. The instrument panel also displays the telephone number of the party who is calling me. In addition to the electronic features, I enjoy the folding down rear seats for added cargo space, which is similar to the old station wagons, which had that feature. The other plus features of the Impala are the ease of handling, the low noise level on the road, the excellent heating system, which comes on very quickly, as well as the very good air-conditioning system. I've been satisfied with the gas mileage which is over 19mph combined city and highway driving. I haven't as yet had the opportunity to take the Impala on the highway for a long road trip. However, I was informed that I would realize 28mpg, or perhaps a little more, for straight highway driving. The backup camera comes in handy for backing into tight spots. However, I cannot rely on the backup camera exclusively for backing up. I prefer to also look out the rear window when backing up. The problem with the Impala is that the rear view window was designed to be too high, and hence it is difficult to clearly see who is in back of the car, as well as who is coming from the side (peripheral vision). Also, regarding the backup camera, when it rains, it is useless as the rain interferes with the rear camera. Other criticisms that I have with the Impala is the cheap material which is used in the interior. For example, whenever I move the sun visor(s), they come off the attaching mounted hook device, as the latter is made very flimsy. I have to keep reinserting the visors into that device. Also, the device which controls the outside left and outside right mirror is also very cheaply made. There is practically no differentiation on that device, to inform the driver that it is in a neutral position (neither controlling the right mirror or the left mirror). One time, when I was trying to position the left outside mirror with that device, first the left rear window, and then the right rear window started to open. To this day, I don't know how that control affected those windows, and I probably would not be able to duplicate that phenomenon again. Apropos to the two outside mirrors, I cannot understand why the LS model, does not have the heated outside mirror feature. Now, whenever it snows or rains, I have to be concerned with opening the driver window, and clearing the outside driver's mirror. The latter feature should have been standard on the LS model. Other concerns are the car radio. It is exceedingly difficult to ascertain how to switch from AM to FM and vice-versa. The controls are very confusing on the radio, and the car manual is even more confusing. The same holds true for the control on the steering wheel, which is accessed in order to see the percentage of remaining motor oil life. The latter control is very difficult to access. In that regard, I'd like to compliment the manufacturer for the display pertaining to the pounds per square inch of the tires. I always keep that control displayed, and I am very appreciative for it. Now, I no longer have to bend down, especially on a cold winter day, and check the air pressure on each tire. I know in an instant, what the tire pressure is on each tire, not only when I start the car, but also when I am driving on the highway. The final criticism that I have is with the design of the height of the Impala; it is not always easy to get into the car, and there are times, when one has to be very careful, not to bump one's head, when doing so. Also, I won't attempt to go to an anytime bank, as it is difficult, to reach out of the car window to access the controls of the anytime machine. On the plus side, the controls on the dashboard are well displayed, and the intensity of the headlights at night, are very good. The various compartments inside are nice, although the glove compartment could have been made a little larger, with a light inside, as is the case with the light inside the compartment, between the two front seats. Last, I would like to commend the Impala for the large roomy area, which is prevalent in the rear seating compartment. There is ample room back there, and the seats are very comfortable. The seating is also very comfortable in the front.

Best Car I’ve owned at age 57
I bought the One in Red Tint Coat with the Pano Roof. The car was better looking than the Top Midsized Cars I looked at first. Of course the room was awesome I always loved a big car but what sold me is after driving the Accord, new Camry, 2019 Sonata, and a loaded Civic Touring was the ride and how quiet the cabin with double laminated front glass. This car can handle for a big girl and doesn’t weigh that much 3500lbs. If I had to critique the car for the money I spent. (I did not pay $39K, I got it for almost $10K off with 15 miles) so yeah NEW. I would say helper screen in the cockpit is a little outdated now seeing the design came out in 2014. I get great MPG with so much Power when ever I need it. I had Zero Issues in the snow and live in the second hilliest City in the country here in the NE. Love the Chevy MYlink App for my Tablet and phone. To start the car and check various things like Tire Pressure, Mileage, Score Card so much more. I love the 4G LTE Built in it is more powerful that my phones 4G and I can connect up to 8 devices. Love Love Love Google Maps and Waze on Android Auto. And using just my voice without pushing a button with OK Google. Or Hey Siri for Apples Car Play. I know this is the last year and that really breaks my heart. Hyundai Group is knocking Vehicles out of the park and GM and Ford and soon Chrysler will all have NO sedans. The New Impala and Impala Wagon would of been a great turn around as a solid choice with or without body cladding on the wagon. But they closed the doors. Impala we will miss you. This is without a doubt the BEST from Chevrolet for it’s large sedan.

AMAZING CAR!
we bought ours in july 21 2019, AND I LOVE IT! everything works perfectly, stylish interior and exterior. if ur in the market for a large sedan... THIS IS THE ONE!. its absolutely the best vehilce we've ever owned! we got leather on the inside and its a DREAM TO DRIVE! i totally recommend the impala, you wont regret it. it was this or a chrysler 300. im so glad we got this car! its a wonderful vehilce with loads of style! absolutely love it!
Better than expected
I have 8,000 miles on my 2019 Impala Premier, and I would like to pass along my comments. The GM V6 engine is smooth and capable, and ditto for the well matched 6 speed automatic transmission. Highway mileage is an impressive 30-34 mpg, depending upon speed/weather/traffic. The car cruises effortlessly and with minimal road noise. I did swap out the standard 20 inch wheels with mediocre Bridgestones for 18 inch wheels with V-rated Michelins, and this change contributed in a major way to lower road noise and a smoother ride. Handling is above average. The seats are also very comfortable for long drives of several hundred miles. Passenger and trunk space is impressive. It remains to be seen how well this car holds up over 50,000+ miles. That being said, I currently have no regrets in buying this car. I never thought that I would say this about a Chevy, as I have principally owned Toyota and Honda products in the past. Update as of 3/31/20 - No issues at 15,400 miles. Concerned about resale value. Update as of 12/13/20 - No issues at 22,000 miles. One of the better cars that I have owned. Update as of 10/15/21 - No issues at 33,000 miles. It runs great. Update as of 10/18/22 - At 45,000 miles the battery failed. Somewhat surprised that it only lasted 3-1/2 years. Other than that, the car continues to run very well. perhaps the best V6 / 6 speed auto powertrain that I have ever owned.

2nd Impala
Had a 2014 LTZ bought used with 5K miles in late 2014 and loved that car just got rid of it with 137K and only 1 issue along the way it cracked a manifold which I'm told can happen on this V-6 engine. I'm a big guy and this is the first car I've owned in almost 40 years of driving that I have to pull the seat forward to reach the steering wheel. Huge interior and trunk which fits my needs perfectly. I loved the car so much just bought a used 2019 Premier with 10K miles and have had for a few weeks and love the new car even more. Upgrades from my LTZ include wireless phone charger, ventilated seats(great for here in Florida), AC power plug and built in WiFi. Also has the upgraded Bose speaker system. Love the V-6 it pulls this big car strongly when needed and rolls up and down I-95 at 85mph at 2100rpm. I haul a lot of inventory between my businesses and that huge trunk and backseat are perfect and 1 of the main reasons I bought another Impala along with the other features I mentioned. Sad to see GM get out of the big car business but will enjoy this Impala another 6 years or so.

White Impala V6 Better Than A White Christmas !
The car of my dreams!! It is classy & snappy, as well as good on mileage. Lots of leg room in the back seat & they fold down for extra space in an already large trunk/cargo area. All the bells & whistles a girl could want! Edmunds made my search for the perfect car incredibly easy. Put in the details for your search & see what you find.

Great car that is going away
Excellent interior room, very comfortable, strong engine (6 cylinder) and good looking. Like a Cadillac at a Chevy price. After 4 1/2 years, still love this car. 23 MPG on average (About 30 on the highway) … no issues to speak of … more room for passengers than all but the largest SUVs … super comfortable … GM, please bring it back as either a hybrid or EV …

A great sedan when few wanted sedans.
Unfortunate that after more than three decades of producing junky cars, GM finally got it right with the Impala, only for the sedan market to tank in favor of SUV boxes on wheels. For the price, it's hard to find a better sedan with an excellent balance between comfort and performance. For a family of four, 12-hour road trips are not a problem in any V6-powered Impala of this last generation (2014-2020). The seats are supportive on long trips and the cabin is quiet. 28-29 miles per gallon is easily manageable on interstate highways with a full load and cruise at 75 miles per hour. The only annoyance is the adaptive cruise control which functions so well that it's imperceptible when the Impala slows down to maintain distance with the vehicle in front of you and then you realize you're only moving 55 in a 70, and there's only adjustment for the following distance, not a disable for that feature. The controls are all easy to use, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in the 2016+. We cross-shopped the Avalons at the time, but they didn't have CarPlay then. At this point, if you're considering an Impala on the used market, look for a Premier trim with at least the Convenience Package, which provides for memory driver's seat, heated and ventilated front seats (without the Convenience Package, they're only heated), 110v rear seat outlet, and electric tilt and telescoping steering wheel. The ones with the Premier Confidence Package come with forward collision alert, adaptive cruise control, and 20" wheels. The particular size 20" tires make tire replacement an expensive proposition, and the original Bridgestones that came on these drone loudly enough to drive replacement prematurely, even if the wear is otherwise decent. Many 2017+ Impalas with the Premier Convenience and Confidence Packages also have the panoramic moon roof, which is also a nice feature.

Cold air problem thru console
I was told same BS that it is normal, far from it, I had to make a small plug to correct the problem, the cold air is so bad your knees freeze while driving, FAR FROM NORMAL, great car, other than the 20 inch wheels. Service Mgr. tried to convince me that cold air was to cool your phone while being charged.

Impala problem unresolved
There is a compartment at the front of the console that contains a cell phone charger. While the vehicle is in motion, outside air comes in this compartment. If the vehicle is sitting still & the fan (heater/ac) is running this also blows outside air through this compartment. During the cold months this offsets the heater with cold air coming in. In the summer months, the hot outside air will offset the AC. I took this car back to the dealership service dept. They compared this to 2 other 2019 Impalas on their lot. Both of the other impalas had this same issue, but the dealership declared this to be "normal." I don't think this is normal. I have filed a complaint with Chevrolet, received a case number & was told a representative would contact me on 2/5/2019. That hasn't happened yet. I am still waiting to see what happens. Received call back from Chevrolet today. Representative called dealership & was told the same thing I told her-"because 2 other 2019 Impalas on their lot had the same that my impala is performing "as normal." Issue still not resolved. I guess I can stuff a rag in the compartment to block the outside air from coming in the compartment BUYER BEWARE

Love the room, hate the tire noise!
Love my 2019 Impala V6. Lot's of interior and trunk room (much more than the 2016 Chrysler 300 I traded). The tire noise from the Firestones is unacceptable. Hate to have to purchase new tires at only 2k miles.

Great except tires
GM should be ashamed for putting 20 inch wheels and low profile tires on the premier model. They are horrible, rough ride and blow out at even the smallest pot hole. Other than that, great car. Nice road trip car for highway driving long trips except worry about blowing a tire.

A true "Merican legend and superb rider and driver
Its a looker and outstanding value for the money. I got tired of EXPENSIVE German imports and repairs and opted for a new 2020 Impala Premier and got a GREAT deal. I am hugging myself. Outstanding decision. LOVE MY IMPALA. Huge interior room. Comfortable. Loaded to the gills. I laugh at people who opted for EXPENSIVE cars because of the "Prestigious Badge." DONT DO THAT. Get yourself a superb vehicle at a great value. These cars last forever. 350 V6 engine is a GM legend and goes and goes. Drives superbly. Handles well. Riding comfort. I get a lot of THUMBS UP on the road! Classy and Classic. I will keep this car a LONG TIME. I am done blowing money every three years on an expensive import. DONE! And the little secret of the fold flat rear seats is awesome. A very very smart buy.

When I think impala I think big boat grandma car but the truth is grandma could have beat most of us over the finish line. Not on purpose but I’ve owned three impalas now and I loved each and everyone. They are comfortable and have all the power you need. If your smart enough to buy the V8 model you won’t regret it!

Excellent value!
I've owned this car for 2 years. Bought in 2019 with 16k miles for $23,000. In August 2021, car hit 30,000 mi and is still selling used for the same price I paid even though it has more miles and age on it! I LOVE this car and I've always driven Mazdas. I needed a good highway car and the V6 has good acceleration and gets 28-29mpg on interstate. Huge trunk and back seat. Lots of legroom. Added Michelin Pilot Sport A/S-4s and handling is outstanding!! Highly recommended.

Always an Impala for Life
I love a big smooth comfortable sedan! I bought the last year GM is making sedans. Such a deal! I bought my 2020 Cajun red sedan from Avis with 35000 miles on it. It is practically new. I had bought my 2003 Impala which was my company car. I like the big long lasting engine, back up camera and large trunk. As I am 76, this Impala should last as long as my 2003 did.

This car interior and exterior look are amazing. This car is fast it surprised me when I first drove it. Compared to the Chrysler 300, Honda Accord, and the Nissan Maxima this car is the move. Great for long-distance drives it's like I'm riding on rails. Overall this car is an amazing sedan.

2019 Loaded LT V6
Love the looks, Pepperdust 2 colors in one with light color leather, Bose and 18 inch wheels for a softer quieter ride. The acoustic glass on windshield and side glass gives quiet ride, unless on rough pavements. Remember this is a Chevy, want less road noise go up to Buick LaCrosse or Caddy CT6 sedans. Last of the V6 sedans without pesky 8 speed tranny or stop/start. Late model Impalas have tried & true 6 speed trannies. Remember to use audio controls on steering wheel, otherwise finish could rub off infotainment screen. I know I had the same screen on a 2013 Camaro & prev. owner toggled back & forth on two radio stations, which resulted in two wear marks in finish. So far 14,600 happy miles. Looks brand new still. Traded it in for 2017 Challenger SRT392 in Octane Red Jan 2024

Underwhelming
Ive been lusting after an impala since the 90s. Finally got the opportunity to rent one for 2 weeks while my main vehicle is in the shop. The car had 23k miles on it, and i put 2k more on. The outside is beautiful, I think we all know that. However, as soon as I sat in it, I said, "this is it?" The leather is nice, and the seat can achieve a wide range of positions, but that's where my praise ends. Infotainment system and in dash display are beyond dated. They look like something you'd pick up at best buy and install yourself. The headrest is a rock, like you'd get a concussion if you got rear ended. There are no standard driver assists besides blind spot warning. This is necessary because visibility anywhere but directly ahead is limited, however I found it to be unreliable at the best of times. The car is quick, but the transmission on the car I drove was sluggish. There was a lot of hang time between gears, and I never found a way to accelerate that was smooth. The brakes would get rock hard if the car sat for anything more than 3 hours, likely a bad check valve. These issues should not appear on a car with 23k miles. For comparison my primary vehicle is a 2020 honda. It has lane keeping assistance and adaptive cruise standard. Nicer displays, more accurate voice command, and a matching msrp. It's a minivan.

Undecided Impala shopper
Iconic name plate, I've been drawn to it but for some reason I didn't get it. What concerns me though is the thick roof pillars that impaired visibility, to me is a must. I don't like the choice of colors as I believe they're too few. To me a large car should be a dark color, not necessarily black but may be grey metallic. Not a biggy though as the Impala obviously is a great car in almost every aspect. The engine itself gives a lot bang for the buck. If I keep being ambivalent, GM is going to stop making it.
Great Car Except for Noisy Tires on 20” Wheels
My Premier Impala looks and drives great. Great handling with responsive steering and brakes. Comfy seats. Good music and info system. BUT, the 20” tires come with very noisy high performance Firestone tires. I hate the road noise. Got no help from Firestone or from the dealer. Looking to trade for a quieter car! Traded for a Lexus 350ES. Took a big hit $$$.

Impala #3
I love the Chevrolet Impala. This is the 3rd Impala I have owned. They are getting hard to find since production stopped in 2020. I just bought this car 4 days ago and have not had time to really get to know this car but so far I love the way it handles. I plan to spend time reading and connecting to the wifi today. I do hope in the future Chevrolet plans to start production. The car has plenty of room. The ride is smooth. The features inside the cabin are very comfortable and roomy even in the back seat when my husband is driving and pushes the seat all the way back. The trunk has some much space if you have to take a trip or move anything. I love having a car. I do not like SUV or the CSUV's. I will buy another Impala in the future if necessary. The Impala before this one lasted 7 years. Great cars for the price and the quality.

Would like to marry the Impala/ Need Priest Asap..
Bought the upscale Premier for $23K in the middle of the pandemic. Was treated like Princess Diana at the Lester Glenn dealership and felt like the princess driving this car. Calm, quiet, powerful. It really proved its worth when, shortly after my purchase I hit a deer broadside. Car was repaired as good as new despite 8K work of damage. Mind you, for 2 weeks after the deer event I STILL DROVE the car! If this had been a small car or even a Camry or an Accord my face/hands/head would have been toast even w/the seatbelt I was wearing. The Impala took the punishment and I had nothing happen to me at all. Proved its worth bigtime

Opposite Ends of the Spectrum
My first car was a 1960 Corvair that was truly "unsafe at any speed." My current car is a 2020 Impala Premier that is fast, comfortable, and safe at all speeds. So I've owned one of the worst and one of the best cars Chevy ever made. The original Corvair should never have been produced, but it's a pity that GM cancelled the excellent 2020 iteration of its Impala.

Last of the Big Chevy's
I looked long and far to find one of these used with very low miles. Powerful V6, great gas mileage, tons of room for passengers and cargos. I picked one up for a little over 20k with less than 10,000 miles. Now, go look at what you can buy at the lot for under 25k. Where is it made? What engine do you get? Is the back seat and cargo area usable? Probably hate what you see. This is an awesome highway cruiser that gets 28-30mpg depending on how you drive. Need to pass someone? Likely not a problem with 300+hp at your disposal. Sad GM let this one go. I plan to keep this until the wheels fall off. Hopefully that's a long time given it has a proven drivetrain and no annoying "tech" that will break over the years.

REAL RESULTS OF 2019 Impala Premier
You can buy a used Impala of the model you are looking for way less than buying a new one. There over priced. The LTZ Or Premier shouldn’t be more than 30,000 dollars brand new. It’s a nice looking car to the eye, but not worth the money that any dealer is offering. I believe GM knows this also that’s why I believe this car is being discontinued along with a few other mid size GM cars. Be careful buying these type of cars because most of GM cars has the same engine.

Last of the Highway Cruisers
After owning chevys and Cadillacs of all sorts I can honestly say this model of impala is definitely the last of its kind. I don’t think we’ll ever again get a full size sedan/naturally aspirated engine combination ever again. I hope I am wrong. I do not like or am interested in SUVs besides actual body on frame trucks. The trend has to stop it is both annoying and inconvenient. Chevy and Ford must continue making sedans!

It’s gone and I’m glad of it.
2019 Impala, 34,000 miles at purchase in Sept, 39,000 now. Nice ride, great look, but what a dog! My last Impala was a 2010 with the 3.5 and it was twice the car. This 19 will not respond to anything less than stomping on the gas pedal like I was street racing. I drive 'normal' (I'm an old man) and it doesn't respond to a light touch. At. All. If this had the 3.5 with a normal 4 speed automatic, I would love it. In a few months I will have enough equity in it to trade it in, and trade it in I will. UPDATE: I sold this car to the local Chevrolet dealer for $1000 more than I paid for it. Many of the dealers are short on inventory and will pay more for used vehicles. I took it, then walked across the lot and happily overpaid for a “real” Impala, a black 2011 with the 3.5 engine. I’m happy as a clam now.

This has been by far the worst car I've ever owned
When buying a chevy product you better KNOW ahead of time that you are going to like it , cause they wont help you out at all if you don't. Getting to the car , this has been the biggest financial mistake I've ever made . Thankfully it wasn't a huge investment . The 2019 impala presents itself well , interior at a glance looks and feels great . The v6 has decent power but shouldn't be in this car . Starting with the motor and trans , the v6's 305hp pulls this car along fine, but the power steering system and overall design of the front end make it nearly impossible to hold the wheel straight at full throttle, making it almost dangerous to pass on the highway. The trans is very slow and clunky , doesn't respond at all to small throttle inputs and when it does finally do something it will clunk itself into a random gear of its chosing. 9/10 times not the gear you need it to be in . Moving on from that we will head inside to the nice looking but horribly made interior. This specific car has only 30,000 kms on it and most of the interior is falling apart , rattles all over , panels detaching, buttons falling out . The sun visors dont do anything unless the sun is directly infront of you . The stereo sounds great but doesn't last very long , rear tweeters are already on the way out from normal listening, every turn dial in the center stack is lose and rattles . The blind spot monitors have a mind if their own and turn on and off randomly and frequently. I could go on all day about interior issues but ill try to keep it short . Last thing I will address is the uselessness of the climate control, its either hot or cold no in between and ZERO way to manually control it . Moving to the outside of the car, the headlights are pathetic , door handles are cheaply made and have lots of play , the wheels were designed in such a way that all the road grime and dirt builds up inside them causing the wheels to unbalance all the time , and the backup camera turns on when it feels like it . Overall I absolutely hate this car to the point where I've parked it and bought another vehicle. Dealer won't fix it , they don't care about the issues. If you want a good vehicle don't buy a new chevy product.

Practical and fun driving
I have bought one recently , I remember I drove one years ago and it got my attention for its smooth driving , I have never faced an issue yet , definitely I am very satisfied with its performance and large room , fuel conception is acceptable, acceleration is pretty good , suspension seems well made .
Love my Impala
Love the V-6 power on this car. Bose sounds system, leather trim seats, heated front seats. Remote start. Very roomy! Big trunk.

It's a close one.
I own a 2006 Impala SS. Base price then was $38,000.00. I bought it used in 2009 for $17,000. No extended warranty. It still gets 25 mpg highway, 108,000 miles, and blows the doors off other "sedans". The 2020 Impala keeps up with it until 85-90. If I'm running cheaper gas, that V6 will get me in a quarter mile easily. Just not the throaty V8 exhaust, but it's easier on my old bones.
Awesome
Rides smooth.
IMPALA PREMIER
Best ride, with all the horses you could ask for
Nice Hire Vehicle
I hired an Impala back in 2019 at Dallas airport…the vehicle was new with only 8000 miles on the clock…we had 2 large suitcases which fitted easily into the trunk….our hire was for 54 days and we doubled the mileage on it when we were finished….we went through New Mexico,Arizona,Utah,Wyoming,Montana,South Dakota,North Dakota,Minnesota,Iowa,Missouri,Kansas,Oklahoma & back to Texas….I wanted to take this car home….but….new left hand drive vehicles are not permitted to be driven on Australian roads…only veteran vehicles are allowed…..it was a great ride and very good on flexi fuel….I had to get an oil change in Billings & the lady at the hire car asked me if I wanted a replacement vehicle…”No way”, I said….”This is perfect for us”…..We were impressed with this vehicle and also the standard of all the roads we traveled on was first class….The US is a nice place to road trip in….We had a really nice time….

Sedan that’s Loaded
V6 LT, amazing get up and go. Quiet too due to acoustic glass and triple sealed doors. Mine has leather, Bose with 11 speakers and navigation. Blind spot and rear cross traffic are great features with out pesky nanny features such as lane departure and adaptive cruise control. Not too techy. 18 inch wheels have enough rubber so ride isn't harsh also.

Best big Chevy ever made
Bought this 2019 Premier 3 years ago with 19K miles on it. Pretty much every option imaginable. I now have 50,400 miles on it. Great gas mileage HWY 30-32. In town 22-23. Super comfortable and absolutely not one problem or service issue. Very sad that GM dc’d this model, very stylish with great performance and value. Dollar for dollar, fully loaded, the best value GM offered. IMHO, as good as a Caddy or a Buick at a much price. Sad to see that GM did not do a better job marketing this Impala Premier.

Why?
I am currently in the shop getting a Sway bar replaced. Yes, that’s right! Because someone thought it would be a good idea to start making them hollow, my sway bar cracked in half! 😡
My white beauty
One of the best cars that we have ever owned. Admins should know that they make an LT version with a V6 of this sedan that is comparably equipped like a premier but it’s 1000 cheaper this is the production car that we own at the moment. I get a constant 30 miles to the gallon out on the open road with it and then the city it’s around 20 I have no complaints I’ve owned it three years.
