I pre-ordered the car based on a year of research, it has exceeded my expectations. It is an amazing machine, great performance, awesome looks, and definitely unique when out on the road. There is so much power, no matter what gear, speed or RPM you are at, you are never needing more. The handling is phenomenal, great features and quality build. I love this car!

It's designed for roads and track. If you're interested in a car that can take you to the track and keep up with your body's Porche or M4 this is the car. However the infotainment on the 2018 did not get any better than the previous years. Your friend may have the most expensive car however with only minor modifications you can take the finish line first.
