A more sporting TL?
This car has been my biggest surprise of the year. I needed to replace my wife's '92 Legend, and I was dead set on the TL after having previously driven one. But after discovering that many of the TL features had been added to the TSX for '05, I became curious about it. I had my doubts that the 4 cylinder would be satifying, but after the first mile, I found that it far exceeded my expectations. What surprised me most was the nimble feeling of the chassis which made it much more fun to drive than the more powerful TL. Throw in better mileage, and a $6000 dollar savings, and the answer became perfectly clear - TSX!
Best value on the market
Save yourself some time. If you're looking for a higher-end vehicle that gets great gas mileage, is of outstanding quality, has great performance, and is a good value, get the Acura TSX. I'm sure Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, and BMW have very good competing models. But you can't touch them for the same money. I researched vehicles for about 5 months before I bought my TSX. So far it's lived up to my every expectation. Not sorry I made the choice. Engine noise is almost non-existent, even at high RPM's. This little car will really get up and go if you want it to. More that acceptable acceleration, even at low RPM's (considering it's a 4-banger). A great car and a great value!

Excellent Value & Car
I previously had a 3.2 TL, 6 cylinder w/NAVI. Well, I didn't think I would be able to go from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder. There is really not much difference at all...a few seconds to reach 60 mph. But, don't know about you, but I really don't need to get to 60 mph or above in record time. So, for a great car with lots of goodies, digital displays, luxurious interior and extremely fun to drive, it's definitely worth a test run! Good luck and happy (safe) driving!
TSX premiem
VSA light came on 3 times or more, car would not go into reverse at times, CD player is weak and sensitive had that replaced as well very disappointed in car could use a lot more horsepower, kills on gas could be better, horrible for 4 cylinder feels like, you're driving a v6 with the gas mileage.
quality, value, fun
I have put 84,000 mi. on it and it is tight and rattle free. Still love the 6 spd manual. Everything functions as it should. I rent more expensive cars and miss the quality of the TSX. Premium gas is only real downside.
