Used 2002 Volvo S80 Consumer Reviews
In Love with 2002 T6
I purchased my Volvo 2002 knowing it's overall value. Paid $48,000.00 drove it of the showroom floor in Roanoke, on Franklin Ave. Initial Volvo Sales Car now has 20020 thousand miles and I'm still in love with this car. It's been garaged ever since purchase. Looks like new. My auto was made in Sweden. Sadly, Company has passed through various manufactures..i.e. Ford, France, and now China...If I need replacement parts I use a company in New England for genuine Volvo parts...knowing that Sweden used German manufacturing for parts. Hence, I continue to use parts made in Germany. I'm now 89 years old had this beauty for over 20 years. If my grave plot was big enough I would be buried in my Volvo...Don't plan on getting another new one. Maybe the Chinese will go electric current price is presently, $55,000.00. Interesting...when i purchased my Volvo paid $49,000.00 not bad increase after 20 years...Can't verify where Volvo is now made. Volvo Trucks have been made in the USA for years. I believe Kentucky...
Disappointment S80
I have been really unhappy with the purchase of this 2001 S80 Volvo. I have had numeriuos issues with the car. Transmission faulty, engine block was cracked on delivery. Volvo did stand behind the 2 new cars to replace these two duds!! However things did not improve..leaky, squeaky sun roof, dash rattle, must I go on! I am selling this car this week. I really thought that buying the Volvo would be a great investment. This is not the Volvo of the past.
