2019 BMW X3
I made the big mistake of leasing a brand new BMW x3. The software is a disaster. The car randomly performs electronic functions. After 10 days in the shop, the advisor called to relay a question from BMW: do I have any emojis in my contacts. Really? Well first of all, who knows? But second of all, that is what you are pinning these problems on? Totally pathetic. They had to … reboot everything several times and then i finally got the car back and guess what? At 14K the radiator flaps failed! what ever that is. The car does drive well, but I hate the herky jerky shut down and start up at stop lights. Have to press that button every time I get in. Car feels like a task master of buttons to push and dials to turn. The ventilation stinks. It needs constant adjustment. The auto function does not work properly. The bottom line is that I will never buy another BMW and I am trying to get them to take the car back.
