2022 Nissan Rogue
I bought a used 2022 Rogue SL AWD with 16,000 miles. First, the car looks great. The exterior color of scarlet ember is a head turner, especially given that 90% of the cars out there are either white, black, or silver. The leather, cream-colored interior looks terrific, and the interior space is amazing. I test drove several small SUVs, and the Rogue is much more comfortable to drive … .than the CX-5 or Rav-4. The turbo engine has plenty of pep, especially when passing on the highway - which is when you really appreciate that turbo boost. I have had none of the electrical issues others have complained about, nor is there any kind of gasoline smell, so these are obviously not universal problems with the Rogue. The external view cameras are amazing (especially the “Birds Eye” view from above; I still don’t know how they do that), and are invaluable when parking or navigating tight spaces. The Bose sound system sounds great, and the navigation system works very well (as does Apple CarPlay). Gas mileage is well into the 30s, even in city driving. I haven’t had much opportunity to drive it in snow yet, but I know I’ll be well prepared given the videos posted online about the Rogue’s performance in snow and off-road. I’m sorry others have had some issues with the Rogue because I think this is a terrific small SUV. Ride, handling, and interior comfort (while mostly subjective) are far above others in its class.
