Used 2020 Toyota Sienna Consumer Reviews
My view
Using your cell phone to operate their gps is bad. Cloth seats are like Velcro. Only things I see bad in 500 miles!!!

Very satisfied
I spent several months researching the minivans (and some SUVs) and I test-drove almost all usual suspects. I got a Sienna SE and I could not be happier. Well, with I could be, if the Sienna had Android Auto... The Odyssey has the best handling and driving dynamics, no contest. The Pacifica is a good compromise of comfort and handling. The Sienna has a softer suspension and it is a bit slow at start (compared to the V6 cars I owned in the past). The ride is very comfortable though, road noise is low, and the whole experience is a pleasure. I did not expect that I will like this, I have always owned cars with strong engines and good handling. The whole point of buying a van for me was the space. This is where the Sienna wins by a lot. The medium seats on the Pacifica are too low, you feel like sitting on the floor. This is due to their ability to be stowed under the floor. Well, that means that the floor is raised and you lose legroom. The Odyssey seats cannot slide back and are uncomfortable as well. The Sienna is the only van I tried or researched which has middle seats comfortable for teens. The Sienna security systems make sense and are not obtrusive. No cylinder deactivation (Honda), no annoying shutdown at stops. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stock radio. Most cars have awful audio systems, not this one. I dislike leather, and the cloth is of good quality. Not great but much better than what I saw elsewhere. Not as good as the older cars though. I have had it for less than 6 months so far, too early to talk about reliability. No problems for now.

Not good for gravel
We live off of 1.5 miles of gravel, so we went with the AWD Sienna. We have had it less than one year and have had multiple issues with tire balance. The dealership told me that rocks and/or mud get in between the wheel and the hub and cause balance issues. The only way to clean them out is to take wheels off. You read that right, the dealership said the only way to clean them - and correct the vibration - is to take the wheels off and clean them, then put them back on. This spring was rather wet - and muddy. We’ve had them cleaned three times and often just ride with the vibration because it’s such a pain to correct. Very disappointed, Toyota! An AWD vehicle should be capable of driving on wet gravel roads without chronic issues! Do not recommend the AWD minivan for those who live on gravel, or travel on gravel st day regular interval. For winter road conditions, it dies pretty well - especially in town. I have not tested it when there is drifting. (I drive our pickup when it’s windy and there may be drifting.)

It’s basic but with a few bells and whistles. Just exactly what we were looking for.

Love My Sienna!
I recently had a wreck in my 2012 Sienna. I attribute my safety to that heavy frame that didn't move or bend when I hit the car in front of me. I like that you can drive these for years with only regular maintenance needed. Will continue a fan of Toyota Siennas!
