We love this minivan. It is built on a
camry chasis, and rides more like a

The only improvements we might suggest
have been made in the current year.
The rear seats now fold down, which
means you don't have to remove them
completely (not hard to do, but
unneccesary). The current model is a
bit wider, and perhaps a bit longer,
which cannot hurt.
Not as good as other Toyotas. Several
design issues and problems: huge
turning radius, not designed for 2
child seat tethers in the second row,
CD player quit, passenger window fell
off track, rust starting on the hood.
It's an ok van, but I don't know why
it is usually rated so high. Toyota
could have and should have done better.
The Sienna van was our first newly
purchased vehicle since we got married
in 1987 and it was money well spent. The
accessability into the van made it a
nice change from having to crawl in and
out of the seats. Everything for the
driver is at your finger tips and the
adaptability to the controls was
easy.My wife and I think the gas
mileage could be better but for the
size of the vehicle and motor it is
comprable to other vans.
The comfortable seats and sound system
make it an enjoyable ride on long trips
not to mention the roominess for our
A more efficient motor and hidaway
seats in the very back.Other than that
I would'nt change a thing.
My Toyota has been great, I just
recently moved, and I was very pleased
to have a bigger vehicle to ease my
moving problems. I really like this
vehicle overall however there's very
minor problem. Sometimes when get into
the car and buckle up, the seatbelt
unfastened light blinks, even though I
have my seatbelt on. I double check and
refasten myself but the light is still
on, until I repeat the fastening about
5-7 times. I don't know what's up with
that problem but I'll have to go to the
dealer to see what's wrong. Other than
that the car is great for the family,
for the kids, and for those long trips.
The power rear windows that open a
little bit at the end of the car, on
the sides. Dual sliding doors.
Exceptional fual economy and pretty
manueverable for a van.
Could use a bit more power. The seats
are fairly comfortable but there's
still room for improvement. The cargo
area could be a bit bigger. What's up
with the looks...!!!??
