toyota Rav4
Overall, the rav4 is priced nicely for what it delivers. Although the engine is not powerful, I took it off-road and it handled well and was very impressed.

RAV 4 FOR ME
when my wife and I purchased our Rav back in Novemebr we had heard how much others like their RAV. At a reasonable price the dealer gave us, we drove a way with our new SUV...and haven't looked back. We love our car; with a nice design, quiet ride, attractive interior, and decent gas mileage, we love our new ride.
My 2nd RAV4
This is the most comfortable ride. the seat molds your body which makes driving so easy. Five people are not crowded and you can carry on conversations easily because the motor is so quiet. My next car down the road (about 2-3 years) will be a RAV4!!!!
RAV4
FUN, SPORTY, HANDLES WELL
Cute Sport Ute
Probably the best mini-ute I have ever driven, for the price range. Especially after 500 miles, it started performing very well, mileage and drivability -- just an overall fun to drive mini-ute.
A Great Small SUV
We've only had the vehicle a little over a month. My wife and I looked at several similar vehicles before settling on the RAV 4. My wife drives the vehicle to work daily and the RAV 4's safety and handling features were much better than the competition. Specifically, it was the only small SUV to offer stability control and traction control. We looked at the Honda CR-V, Honda Element, Ford Escape, Mistubishi Outlander, and Subaru Forester. To date fuel mileage is better than expected.
This is a fun SUV
Wanted small SUV and test drove most of them. None compared to the RAV4 - it handles like a car but drives like a SUV without the noise and it is awesome in heavy snow. The 2004 model is well designed and looks different to all those other "standard" SUV styles. At that price and with all the features, why would anyone want to spend $10 to $20 thousand more just to have a big monster. Get the L package and you have it all.
Best SUV for the money
Toyota packed so much into this little SUV. Being based on a car platform, it has a fantastic ride, and handles more like a car than an SUV. The new 2.4L engine is a blast and still the fuel economy is great, considering that this thing has AWD - I've averaged 27 mpg. The new audio controls on the steering are great, and I like the 6 cd sound system with 8 speakers. The refreshed styling makes it look even better, and I love the new wheels. 4 wheel discs are now standard, and much more confidence inspiring. This car is perfect. Has AWD, with great fuel economy, offers Vehicle Skid Control and traction control, and great braking too.
RAVEN
Very comfortable and easy to drive and maneuver, however poor pick up due to low horespower. As well, can only get same color side stripe with the L pack. The RAV 4 looks better with the stripe the same color as truck...would sell better if had that option outside of L Pack.
