I really like this car. The gas mileage is better than I expected. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the road noise is more than I thought it would be.

Very nice , High mileage but that's the expected for Prius hybrid. The Prius surprisingly holds a very high value

2018 Prius 4 cost me more

I paid $24,500 for it 12/12/19, and spent $3,017.95 and drove 89763 miles. Then my a/c fails, turns out the compressor stopped communicating. 3 weeks later the heat stopped working. Dealers would not commit to is it safe to drive with a/c not working, even after they scanned and new what was wrong. Then after heat went out, I was advised this was losing coolant thru the exhaust and I would need a new cat converter. The compressor listed $1100 with out install, the cat converter with instal $2200. Dealer says no history of cat converter but yet a TSB 013519 on 9/26/19 about the exhaust issue. Then I found the carnutguy on youtube and watched him show and explain the problem with the exhaust. I sent all info to Toyota Brand Engagement Ctr and still have not heard back from them. First by phone and rep Katherine was going to email me after talking to her on 2/3/25. So I have followed up with a cert ltr on 2/12/25 and will give a week to see if any call or email or offer to rectify the situation. So I am not satisfied. I have a history of every time I filled the tank, maintenance, insurance costs etc.

It has really cool features like adaptive cruise control and lane departure warnings. The gas mileage is amazing. The wireless charger is a bit small for the size phones are getting to nowadays.
