My third Prius. Unfortunately. I had to buy this car because my wife is an eco-freak, and she swears by Toyotas too. Our old one was so boring, my teenage son crashed it when he fell asleep in stop and go traffic. This one is the same, much to my chagrin. I really try to like this car though, as it is the one I have to drive. It's got an okay stereo, and with my experiences with Toyota, these cars are really reliable too, and this one hasn't left me stranded apart from the time I had a blowout (they don't include spares :P). It's obviously got great gas mileage too. All in all, this is an okay car, but i just wish it was a tiny bit more lively!

changed up or down depending on how you look at it, My older 2007 had better seating, controls and visibility. Less cup holders less room for paraphernalia. Not as good MPG as posted. Interior of the 2014 was changed and the console is smaller and the cup holders are placed thus that makes it really uncomfortable to use in front seat arm rest. Car given to me...If I was going to buy this car...I wouldn't do so just based on the configuration of the console/cup holders.

I’m sure there are more refined hybrids but Toyota’s have legendary reliability and low maintence costs. The acceleration is what you would expect out of a 134hp car but it’s not bad. I was one of those guys who swore to never drive a Prius. Now I’m on my second one. The fact that the majority of consumer reviews rate the car at 4 or more stars with b m any owners having multiple Prius’ or trading in a Prius for another Prius should tell you something.

We needed a backup camera and got a good one installed. The only feature I would like better is blind-spot monitoring, but overall this is a very nice little car.
