in the shop
I have had this car less than one year and it has been in the shop for more than 15 days. Subaru does not seem to have the ability to manufacture a quality performance vehicle. The inside is third rate also.
Great Car
I've had this car since June 2001 and it's been a blask every day. Only minor downfalls (as you probably already know) are the turbo lag at low RPM's, and a not-so-luxurious interior. But, it's comfortable, I've had no problems, and it's the most fun car I've had the pleasure of driving. For the price it's the best you can get.

Not happy with Subarus
I had never owned a Subaru before, and found that all repairs are at least twice what they were in my previous Toyotas and Mazda. I am on a tight budget, and so could not afford some repairs when needed, which left me without a vehicle with 3 children to transport. I ended up taking the bus many times due to the poor condition of this vehicle and the skyrocketing cost of repairs.

The Best Car Ever Made!!!!
I love this car. Never gonna trade it in this is mine to keep for ever. IF koalapeck2 cant feel the turbo then he is not driving WRX. :P
8 Years... I still love this car!
I bought this car brand new 8 years ago and aside from a CPU problem (covered by factory warranty) I've had no problems. With 92,000 I've replaced the brakes just once on the front and back. It is a driver's car and is all about performance and drivability. Definitely the most bang for the buck possibly of any car made to date.
