I love my ION-3

The new ION rocks! I already have 6500 miles in a month and a half. No problems. Handles well in rain, ice, and snow. Great gas mileage. I didn't think I'd like the center instrument cluster, but now I don't know how I did without that for so long.

This is the first time I downscaled to a compact and the Saturn ION2 fits my lifestyle and needs perfectly. After a month of driving my Ion it has the feel of a larger car and once on a roll it keeps up with the best of them plus is fun to drive. It came equiped with all the extra features to make it not feel like a moderately priced compact car.

Great handling, economy priced, I moved down from a full size car and I am not disappointed in the Saturn. Dealership was wonderful and continues to be helpful with questions. Handling is easy and fun to drive. Enough bells and whistles to feel like a more expensive car.

The buying process was great. Love the car, the 6cd MP3 player. It's nice and fun to drive.

Why I bought an '04 Ion 3

I owned a 1996 SL, put 175,000 miles on. Found new ION more attractive, appreciated interior space, higher head room, less "crouch" to enter and exit car. Purchased storm gray - color sold the car. Dealership OK, unlike years past, new Saturn sales reps more like traditional car salesmen (unfortunately). I have also had good experience with their service dept - they try hard to get you in fast and wash car when through. I like the cost benefit with Saturn in terms of reliability. Compared to Honda Civic, Huyndai, I felt offered a little more prestige for price.
