What an improvement!!!
My previous car was a 96 camaro, and i gotta say WOW this firebird is such an improvment over my last car!! The performance package is awesome!!! Dual-exhaust - body kit - high performance shocks/springs. Everyone mistakes me for a TransAm cuz i almost sound like one (stock!) and look like one. its great except when they race me with their GT mustangs and beat me- hey dude this v6 almost had you!
Catch It If You Can
Bought the Bird myself when I was sixteen and haven't regretted it one minute. Insurance isn't too bad since it's a V6, but heck, it still wastes a majority of comparable cars (let's see you try that again, Mr. Mustang 'GT'!). Averages about 23-27 MPG, and it doesn't take Premium like TA's need. This is a very solid car, mine is now seven years old and doesn't have a dent or crack or speck of rust or broken interior plastic. Absolutely GORGEOUS car. Only problems are with headlight motor gears, weak passenger power window, and corroded cooling system hoses (beware the black sludge). Rides rough but can turn on a dime at high speeds, and definitely turns heads! Very highly recommended!

fabulous car
LS1 engine with ws6 package outstanding ride & handling, absolutely NO problems with car. not a rattle or a noise whether your doing 30mph or 70mph down the highway. Tap the gas pedal and your passing at 90mph feeling like your winning nascar! great car.
98 Trans Am
I love the car! It's almost like my Vette but with a back seat!
Pontiac Firbird
I like this car a lot. Its fast and sporty looking. Its not too bad on gas. I would recommand this car for first time divers if they want a sporty looking car, but not as dangerous as the V8 model.
