All Around Decent Truck, But...

Lots of people have complained about the gas mileage and yes it's not great. Recently, got about 315 miles on 15.6 gallons. That's about 20 MPG with mostly highway driving and that's what the sticker said, so I'm not complaining. Very pleased with the long bed. I've run into quite a few instances where the extra length was needed. I really like the overall versatility of the truck. It seats five (somewhat comfortably) and yet still has plenty of room in the bed for bikes, fishing gear, whatever.

Worth Buying?

This is almost everything you would need in a pickup truck. If you change to S/C pulley to a slightly smaller one you could achieve the pathfinder horsepower of 240. Then truely would this be a S/C truck thats fun to drive. I can't complain about anything else except the fuel mileage. In town you get 15 mpg. Pretty bad! All in all this is a great truck and 10,000 less than a full size with a kickass stereo.

Love it, but hate it!

I love my truck and wanted to buy a Nissan for the dependability. I've owned a Nissan Hardbody in the past and there was no stopping this truck. So ofcourse I wanted the Frontier. So far the sunroof leaked really bad. One of my speakers had to be replaced. A radiator hose leaked. As if all this wasn't bad enough, the paint is peeling off and Nissan says it's because of rocks. They are absoutly wrong. My service consultant laughs everytime I go in for service. He says I need to trade it.

New Owner Review

First time I've owned a new vehicle without even a hint of problems. The crew cab is best thing I've bought, truck, sedan, SUV all in one. I'm getting about 20mpg with all highway miles, better than the sticker, but, not certain why they can't get that healthy engine at around 25mpg on the highway. Mileage my only complaint.
