Love it.
Beautiful vehicle. Feels luxurious inside. Very comfortable. Third row only for kids and adults shorter than 5'2". The drive is very comfortable. Had it for just a week.

Ki sorento
The performance is amazing! I was expecting a slower car that saves on gas, but I was pleasantly surprised that the response from the gas pedal is amazing. It definitely has some good acceleration. The comfort is great as well it’s so hard to beat these accessories at this price point. The interior is beyond comfortable and is considerably better compared to other cars like Toyota and Honda. Where you would need to get a higher trim with a considerably higher mileage rice tag.

Wifey's New Ride
Traded in a beautiful Alfa Romeo Stelvio Lusso. That hurt. Just can't afford the maintenance on the Alfa. Plus it was too small. The Sorento solved both. Much roomier, with almost all the features she wanted. No heated steering wheel in the EX, and we opted to not have the moonroof. So far so good, love how it drives, love the gas mileage, the quietness and smoothness of the ride. Just enough punch to get you going and to pass, and drives as if it were smaller. Regular unleaded, and a great warranty. It's a head turner in our little town, hopefully it'll last 10 years or more.

so far so great
5 weeks into my 2025 sorento hybrid and loving it. Great styling, mileage and comfort. Looked at the Sante Fe and the styling was a bit too radical, and we are not vikings. I did alot of research before my purchase. Love the size, captains chairs in middle row are comfortable. Five stars.
Disappointment with 2025 KIA Sorento Hybrid
The car broke down with 350 miles on it and had to be towed, was completely undrivable. After 2 days and 4-6 hours of research, a pin was found not seated correctly. Three months later the Engine Management System failed and the car was in for Service for 38 days while the service department searched for the problem. The engine wiring harness was replaced with no assurance the problem was fixed. It was a fingers crossed situation they found the culprit. Kia refuses to replace the car even though it was in for service 40 days the first 5 months I owned it. They will not even extend the warranty. In fact they will give no compensation at all. Very disappointed in Kia's backing of their product, even though I like the car very much.
