I never complain...
I am not one to write reviews... but, I have had a horrible 1 year experience with my jeep. I have had it ONE year with 35k miles. I have had to replace the rear differential.. gears fell apart. ( jeep covered) My thermostat went out and my ignition pack. My jeep has only had hiway miles and the parts can not possibly have dust on them. Never have I owned a vehicle that just keeps having issues. Very frustrated!

So far, so bad
Bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee High Clearance to get up to trailheads. It had 108K miles from someone who commuted and probably never used 4WD. A couple weekends ago, the 4WD light came on and said Unavailable and to have my 4WD serviced. Haven't taken it to anyone yet. Bought from a car lot with no warranty. Tried the fuse trick, didn't work. Does the halfshaft recall have anything to do with what's going on? No idea. But so far, I am not happy with several things on this vehicle. Shifts into gears clumsily, already had tire issues even though tires were brand new, hate the way you can't turn off the radio, just able to turn down the volume; seats are uncomfortable; glove box is tiny. Will keep for now, but definitely won't buy a Jeep again.
Traded in after 1 year / worst vehicle ever
I purchased the Cherokee sport 1 year ago, I Traded in my 5 year old Grand Cherokee since it was out of warranty BIG MISTAKE!!! This car was a nightmare, the windshield wipers shut off on the highway in a torrential downpour more than once, the drivers side window would get stuck in the down position and it had to go to the dealer to be fixed more than once. The back up camera only worked half the time, on top of that when I had enough of this pc of crap and decided to trade it in with 16,000 miles the car was worth 1/2 of what i paid for it. The depreciation on this vehicle is horrible. I did not just take the dealers offer on the trade in. The Kelly blue book also shows the value is 50% after 1 year. My grand Cherokee was 5 years old and over 50K miles and I got 60% of its purchase value at trade in. DO NOT buy this vehicle unless you plan to keep it forever and pray it doesn't wind up at the dealer for problems every month. I went back to the Grand Cherokee, more expensive but worth it not to deal with the constant issues.
