I’ve had problems with this Jeep since the beginning. Within the first two months my transmission went on me while I was on a highway. Then I had issues of it shutting down with no warning. That happened 3 times. Now I’m through my warranty, and I’m having even more issues. Latest problem was the radio being replaced, that was 400$, then both headlights replaced. The dealership charged me 174$ for that. I have it almost paid off and hoping to get another year or two without having to put a lot of money in it. I doubt that will happen. But one thing I do know is, I will never buy another Jeep again. The electrical work to this car is horrendous.

DONT BUY!!
I bought the 2016 Cherokee Sport, it sounds like a diesel powered sewing machine, according to the dealer its normal.. yeah you heard it right.. A 2016 Jeep sounds like a 92 Chevy Cavalier only the Cavalier has more power and sounds better!! not to mention the headlights get a lot of moisture in them "dealer said that's normal too" < because you want a brand new car with rusted headlight connectors right?!?.. this vehicle is a joke!! You hit the gas and it takes a good 3 seconds to start moving. The MPG is around 13 to 14, not what the manufacturer says and that's driving like an old lady. Very Unhappy with it and will NOT buy another Jeep unless its a 90's model that's the only time they got it right!!

I hate this car. Value is sickening.
I owe $21,000 and change, and the car is only valued at $15,000 on a good day. I will NEVER buy a car like this every again. Hello cars that hold their value. Toyota/Hyundai
