I purchased the Autograph trim in warm titanium exterior and saddle interior. It’s absolutely gorgeous. So far all of the features, including infotainment, have worked perfectly. I’ve only had though a very short time. My 16 year old thinks it’s a cool looking car that doesn’t look like a 3 row mom car for what that’s worth! I don’t feel like I’m driving a sports car of course by any stretch but it feels comfortable, safe and luxurious. The stereo in this trim is also great.

I purchased this vehicle new. It was great the first month until it started swaying when I was on the freeway. They replaced the fuel pump. After that all the lights started coming on. I took it back to the dealership and this time they had to replace the engine harness. I get the car back and the car is swaying again. I took it back AGAIN and I was told the car is perfectly fine. Although the auto start/stop only works when the a/c is off. They said they put air in the tires and it is not swaying. Since getting it back this time, the car still sways when I am on the freeway and the auto start/stop does not work. I understand the weather is warmer but it should still work in the early morning when it is cooler just as it did when I first purchased it. The a/c could be on and it was no problem. I am so frustrated and unsatisfied with the service I have received. None of the staff seem to be apologetic for the major inconvenience these issues have caused in fact they seem rather annoyed. This last time I was told that if the problem wasn't solved there wouldn't be anything they could do for me. This is so unfortunate because I loved the vehicle before all of this. I loved the space and the interior but I need a car that is safe and reliable.

Crackling sound carplay + leather quality

Brand, 05/23/2022

There is a thing in carplay: some tracks are played completely normal via blue tooth, but when you switch it to carplay you hear static (crackling) sound. Only while using carplay, radio is fine, Bluetooth is fine as well. Leather quality- I have a pure trim. And only 250 miles on my qx 60 2022. But the leather seems to be to soft…seems like it gonna crack very soon and I already have stretched spots on driver seat ( I am not a big 400 lb guy, I weight 180 lb). Do anyone sees the same issues? Or only my car has that?

First drive was quite impressive as vehicel seemed very stable and light on its feet given its a 7-passenger SUV. 1. Leather Seats are poorly constructed. As per prior repors, the drivers seat had larger wavy permanent impressions in it after only 3 weeks of driving and, I'm only 160 lb person. When I first called my salesperson, he said just wait until th first service and include it along with any other concerns. Infinity came back with "Leather Stretches therefore falls under normal wear". I told the dealership, this is the 1st vehicle in 35 years of owning luxury vehicles that I've seen leather deteriorate this quickly. My wife's 2013 Acura MDX Elite drivers seat with 116,000 km on it doesnt have as bad of stretching and, is a far better built vehcile overall. Clacking front Brake Calipers every time you take the vehicle out, drive it for a few km and come to a stop. Try moving ahead slowly and apply brakes to find a loud clacking noise. I took a video which I left with service dept. Got back saying "Cannot Duplicate concern". I can go on and on with a long list of failures including steering, rigid ride causing many early rattles etc. but, summary is....this vehicle is half-baked and not reliable.

Purchased a little over a month ago. Gorgeous looking car. Love the new interior. There are a couple of gripes that I do have though. One is with the infotainment system, Twice so far It’s frozen completely, both times the only way to resolved it was by forcing a reboot(Holding power button for 3-5 seconds). The other is the auto stop start is not as smooth as other cars I’ve driven. Very noticeable when the engine restart from a stop. I usually just turn that off when I hop in the car. As a Software Engineer myself, I understand the glitches with the infotainment system will most likely be resolved with an update. Once that is addressed. This car moves to 5 star territory for me. Would recommend.

Our new QX60 wanders all over the road, on the highway over 65mph it is almost impossible to keep it going in a straight line. 5 trips to the local Infiniti dealer who says the car is fine. Alignment green, tires fully inflated. Just terrible.

I bought this car, brand new, with high hopes that it would fall into line with every other Infiniti I have had. Sadly, I have already had the battery die COMPLETELY overnight where it had to be towed away. I have had to pull over in dangerous areas because I failed to notice that, although the display said the defroster/ air conditioning system was running- it wasn’t… no air was coming out of the vents until I restarted the car. I also have massive issues with phone charging and connectivity. I recently got the new iPhone and the car and phone cannot find each other. On a more subtle note, but important to me, the seat heat really barely works. I also have the back door open itself as I go from the driver to passenger seat and are nowhere near the sensor, yet when I wave my foot under the sensor behind the car (when I actually need it), it doesn’t work. I used to swear by Infiniti and recommend them to everyone, but I don’t feel I can do that anymore; and that deeply saddens me.

I've had this car just shy of two weeks and it's one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. Despite its looks (and let's be honest, chrome skid/exhaust plates in the rear are embarrassing) driver comfort is the most important feature. To that end: Heated/ventilated seats are the worst I've ever had. It's almost a joke. You can’t even tell if they’re on. It's maddening. AC - if it's above 85 degrees out, forget about it. The air coming out of the vents is 65 degrees at best (and I verified this with a thermometer). Ten minute ride to Costco and I’m hotter then when I left the house. Infotainment locks up intermittently and there’s no way to fix it while driving. Steering assist? Horrible and dangerous. Definitely not ready for a production vehicle. Whomever approved this feature should be fired. When you try to take control back from the car, it fights you for it - seriously. Despite having my hands on the wheel and following clearly marked lanes, I've almost crashed twice as a result of simply testing it. 17 speaker stereo? Underwhelming at best. I’m sorry I bought this vehicle.

I am 6ft 1inch and was looking to upgrade to a more luxury type of Cross Over. My older kids are also my size and still travel with us at times. The QX-60 has so much room including head room and leg room in first and second rows. Along with the room there is a beautiful interior design and fantastic noise reduction. The screen for connects to my IPhone perfectly and allows us to use our Mobil apps including navigation features and blue tooth. The sounds system is great. The handling is great and the performance is what I expected although I did not purchase this car as a sports car and wanted more luxury with comfort on long trips. The exterior has an amazing design and I really gets the second looks from people who haven’t seen this new design yet. There are so many features I just can’t list them. By the way I purchased the lowest trim called the PURE. After some research I would probably have been better off purchasing the LUX but still very happy with the lower priced PURE. I am so happy I purchased the 2022 Infiniti QX-60 UPDATE: I purchased the Pure trim. I love everything about this new redesigned QX-60. The exterior styling draws a lot of interesting positive comments from people. The interior is fantastic and such an incredible feeling of luxury and comfort. Only a couple of one time glitches I have seen other make comments such as having to reset the Center Console. That was easy fix and never saw issue again. No other issues. Totally recommend this suv!

I had the original QX60/JX35 that had Intelligent Brake Assist coupled with Predictive Collision Warning - was great! The new car does not have this unless you are in cruise control - which does nothing for city/town driving. The safety of this car has gone the wrong way. I would not recommend at all for that reason alone. ***UPDATE Sept 23 - still have the car because I can't justify taking the huge financial loss. I would still NOT recommend this car. Sure, it drives between A and B - but the usability issues on the car make it a frustrating experience pretty much daily. My local dealership closed about a month ago - sure makes me think Infiniti is not doing well if they can't keep a dealership in a prime suburban market.

This car is so Bad that we took a massive loss and got rid of it! Dealership tried to help but corporate couldn’t care less- never another Infiniti! This is our third qx60…loved the older ones but this 2022 leaves a lot to be desired … dealer doesn’t have a clue as to how to fix tech issues nor does corporate. Radio continues to be a problem and the redesigned interior particularly the passenger side is totally uncomfortable! UPDATE: Previously owned a 2016 and 2019 QX60 and was looking forward to the new version. Only good part of the 2022 is they didn’t mess with the pickup…everything else is a nightmare. Radio works on and off and because no codes are present the dealer claims they can’t fix it. The auto off is horrible as when it comes off it is rough. Road noise present at all times at higher levels than a used car. Interior especially front passenger side has less room as the front has been overtaken by a useless and massive console. As I continue to own this I’ll probably be able to add to the list of Infiniti failures

Quality Control Issues

This is a lovely car and drives very well, however the experience was ruined by electrical and infotainment problems. Infotainment bugs and screen getting pixelated which requires a restart twice a day. Rear climate is inconsistent and keep blowing strong air on Auto and never seems to be able to catchup and lower the fan on cold days! This car would have been a great comeback for Infiniti if the provided a much better quality control. Also dealerships do not seem to have the right tools and expertise to test and fix such problems, they often open a case with infiniti and wait for guidance which takes sometime. Would I buy an Infiniti product again? If I can afford the Acura MDX or german competitors the answer is no. I leased this vehicle since it was significantly cheaper than the MDX lease.

I had this car for two years. Took it in for a routine state and emission inspection to the dealership. Only has 16,000 miles and I was told I need two tires already and the manufacturer of the tire had no warranty. Thank goodness I had an honest service manager who also told me the brakes they put on these are basically crap. Luckily the car just passed inspection and was able to trade it in on another car (not an Infinity). Just disappointed with the whole experience. I am not a crazy driver that my tires would need replacement. Lost money on the deal but at least I learned my lesson! No more infinity’s for me.

Mixed feelings

I got the first year model after the refresh (2022) on a 36 months lease which, as of the writing on these lines, I am 2/3 into. First, the good: I did a ~5;000 miles roadtrip with this car, from Miami, FL to Flagstaff, AZ and back with zero major issues. Car is comfortable, and I like the cooled and heated seats The bad: buggy software- if you enter the car with both key FOBs, good luck. The car gets mixed up with the memory seats. Infotainment is a bit dated and way too Nissan. Brakes appear to be wearing out faster than I'd expect. I'm at 25K miles and already hearing screeching. I had occasional vehicle stalling which I suspect is fuel pump related. Pro Pilot (dynamic cruise control) does not cope well with traffic in city and can be jerky/buggy. I drove two Lexus RX before this and, in conclusion, Lexus is a more refined and reliable product. I only got an Infiniti QX60 because, at the time, Lexus lacked a 3 row SUV. Now (2025) Infiniti has downgraded the QX60 with the V6 changed to a VC4. I test drove the 25' and it's as unrefined and noisy as I expected. I'd only get this car going forward if it came at a steep lower price vs competition. 3rd row is only for small adults, small trips, or to put your in-laws in.

Have had my car 6 months and love it. Very comfortable, rides great. IPhone doesn’t stay connected to charging pad and a little bit of wind noise. Driver assist has to be turned off if you want to take back control of the car. Stop and go works well, not obtrusive. Very happy with car.
