Used 2015 Ford Taurus Sedan Consumer Reviews
SGT SHO from Gaithersburg, MD
I replaced my 2011 Taurus Limited with 29K on it, for a 2015 SHO. Have not regreted it. I LOVE it. This car is the bomb. Fast as hell, holds a curve at 60 plus mph. It's a big car and the cabin is not tight like they say in C&D or R&T. Don't know what they are crying about? It's quite, comfortable and easy on the behind. My wife loves how it rides. She loves the heated & cool seats. On a long drive she puts the massaging unit on and falls asleep. I like the Sport Sedan feel of the car. Quite a few young boys have pulled up in those Asian rice burnners that make a lot of noise and took a double look at the SHO badge at the next traffic light when they catch up. All I can say this car is truly amazing, Thank God somebody a Ford woke up. I keep looking for something that I don't like about it and I can't find a thing. I am always looking out for the Cops as this car will go 0 to 60mph in 5.6 seconds. Thank God for the 20 inch tires and the big brakes. Loving the experience. FYI, You all need to add the SHO in the model box.

Decent and good value
Bought used over 2 years ago with 54,000 miles and have put over 50,000 miles on the car in 27 months. It's comfortable with a big interior for my 3 boys, each right at 6 feet tall. Replaced back brakes and roters 2 weeks ago. There's an issue with the battery draining power at a rapid pace. Maintenance: Replaced battery almost 1.75 years ago and it went dead again last week. Getting battery saver message to turn off ignition. May be a problem with the computer system?

Love my Taurus!
After owning a Taurus in Alaska, and having great control in snow, I knew my next car would be a Taurus. That car was a 2010. Never any issues with it. Bought a new Taurus sedan limited in 2015 when I retired to Atlanta, GA. Great performance on freeways and country backroads. Comfortable, reliable, classy! My next car will be a Taurus!

After 2 weeks I still love my Taurus Limited
I've already driven the car to Florida and back and so far I love it. I bought it with 27,000 miles on it but it was absolutely like new in and out and under the hood. I will not bother repeating all the great details other reviewers have shared but I will say the negatives others have brought out are flat out bull crap and have probably come from Chevy salesmen. I love the ambient lighting as well and the cooled and heated seats are great. No more sweaty butt and quick warm up in the cold KY. winters. I still love my Taurus after nearly a year and have had no problems after driving to Florida and back twice.

"A Real Full-Size Road Car"
This is America's full size road car. I rented it several times during work travel then went out and purchased it. I also rented the 300 and Impala, several SUV's. But I prefer the road car and the Taurus is the best bang for the buck. It's actually the largest of the three by an inch all around, slightly higher beem, and heaviest.. It has the best safety rating. But for me it came down to road comfort for my self, family, associates, and golf friends. Most of my male associates are 6' plus and tip 200. You get the leg room, head room and ease of getting in and out. This Taurus is smooth, has a huge trunk, 4 golf bags luggage, kitchensink and other.. I can see why law enforcement guys have it. The technology is good+, power train, engine very good, and I'd recommend the 4 wheel drive if you can get it (Midwest winters). On open road and Hi-way you feel secure and "King of the Road", rain and stiff winds are minor concerns. Excellent freeway mileage, not great local driving. As a salesman I love this thing. Heard Ford may be retooling w new design in a year or two. Anxious to see it. The 2017 may be a good value if considering. Lot of car for the money. No issues at all, 2+ years
