This car is amazing! After showing to my family members i think we can all agree on how comfortable the car is to be in for any sized person. It drives so smooth, and is just an all around good car. I commute to college and being in a car for almost 2 hours a day, I'll never get sick of getting into my Fusion. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Justin and the Freehold Ford dealership made my experience buying this car a great one that i know i won't regret it.

The car is incredibly noisy inside the cabin for such an expensive vehicle. Performance from the 2.0 Ecoboost is great for a 4 cylinder. Fuel mileage is rated at 34 mpg, but I have yet to see better than 30 on a long highway run. My V8 Mustang did better than that. It does get about 27 mpg combined. The transmission is very unpredictable. This is the one thing that really makes the car feel like a 4 cylinder. Don't pay for the tech package! I was really hoping the Sync system would have improved beyond its reputation by now, but it is about 50% useless - especially navigation. I am seriously thinking about replacing the factory system with an iPad but I would lose the only manual control of the heated steering wheel. The remote start works well with a great range. It's really nice to get in the car with pre-warmed seats and steering wheel.

For 25 years I drove Jaguars and Nissan Maximas, both fine cars (with the exception of Jaguar's Lukas electronic which kept me visiting my mechanic). My mechanic suggested I purchase a Ford Fusion Titanium for its fine ecoboost 2 liter engine and European sports car feel, one he said was comparable to the Maxima and Jaguars I had owned, but at a sticker price that would not be in the 40 thousand dollar and up stratosphere. I took his advice, realizing I was buying a brand that lacked the cachet of my previous cars. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that my Fusion matched every standard of style, roadability, cornering, and comfort offered by more expensive vehicles. If the Maxima had a reputation for being a poor man's BMW, the Ford Fusion surely can be labeled a smart man's bargain. I reasoned I saved an additional 5 to 20 thousand dollars by not buying a snob brand. That's sufficient to quiet my fears I may be looked down upon when I pass all those expensive European darlings so many people buy. The ecoboost is not a threat to win the Daytona 500, but it certainly has enough gumption to please eager speedsters looking for a red-light race. I now have almost ten thousand miles on my Fusion Titanium and nothing has happened to alter my high praise for my car. It handles like my old Jaguars and Maximas, hugging the road around corners with the ease of driving on superhighways, and the four cylinder eco boost turbo provides quick and seamless acceleration. The road noise is muffled, allowing a quiet and comfortable cabin to enjoy favorite symphony or concerto on the Sony sound system. I will buy another Fusion, though I might be tempted to opt for the new V-6 option.

Rent one before buying. I have owned 9 Ford's including British ones and this one is the best looking. But it has had a number of nagging small issues like the camera sensor, the defroster, alarm, etc. Several recalls and the worst part, those annoying dealerships. This will easily be my last Ford unless I move back to England. MPG is sad on the City averaging about 21mpg; however on the highway I average nearly 37. Still better than GM products but I'll go back to foreign cars.

This car is probably great if you never drive on gravel roads. Unfortunately, I drive on gravel everyday. This car sits very low to the ground. I have even had trouble with scraping the bottom on sudden rises when driving in town. On gravel, I have to be extremely careful not to drag the car when driving over ruts or potholes. Even worse, this car is very prone to getting gravel stuck in the rotors, causing a loud, irritating, screeching noise. This started for the first time when I had around 400 miles on the car. I now have less than 3000 miles on the car, and I have had this problem several times since. A week ago, it got so bad that I finally had it checked out because I was afraid there was something more wrong with the car than just a rock stuck in the rotor. I took it in to the dealer and, sure enough, there was a piece of gravel stuck in the rotor, causing the car to screech. I had the rotors cleaned, at my own expense, as the warranty wouldn't cover it. Today, one week later, I hopped in the car and guess what, it's screeching again!!! Very frustrating to have to deal with this with a brand-new car. I don't understand what it is about this car that is causing this problem. I have always driven on gravel roads daily, and I have always done so in a car this size or smaller, but have never had problems like this before. If I had known that I would be listening to this car screech before it had even had its first oil change, I would NEVER have bought it! If you live on a gravel road, keep shopping!
