Used 2003 Ford Focus Consumer Reviews
Ford Focus Fun
I love my ZX5! However, I'm not getting the mileage I thought I would be getting. I also have a problem with the windshield wiper design. There always seems to be a stream of wated running down the windshield to the right of my line of vision. It gets annoying.
Great City Car!
Tight car! Solid, no rattles, more than adequate power and handles well! Love it as city runabout, easy entry, exit, parking and great visibility all around. Hatchback can carry BIG loads, like a mini SUV! Over 30k miles, no problems yet. Have a loaded automatic, sunroof and all extras yet it still doesn't have a rattle it - wife loves it too - Just leave the Town Car in the garage and use the Focus in the city!

Best in class
improvements not required in the focus line up. performance is great with the 2.3 engine; better than almost any other car in its class, even better than the V-6 in my wife's malibu! It's relatively quiet, even w/ low profile tires. handling is great, as is comfort on longer trips. driver seat adjustability is great. If you like to drive, and you're on a budget, this is your car!
No Real Problems
I have had this car for a while now, and I just love it. Most people seem to frown on Ford cars but I did my research before buying - and I'm glad I didn't listen to them. Only recently did I have a problem with the factory installed Blankrupt radio. Though a radio is nice, it's a minor problem to get fixed. If you are looking for a nice, dependable, well engineered vehicle - I recommend the Focus.
Fast & Fun!
It is fast & fun, a great deal. Great freeway driving, takes the turns well.
