Used 2004 Ford Expedition Consumer Reviews
3 Year Review
I have owned this Expedition for 3 yrs and it now has 61k. Overall I am happy with my Expedition especially when the weather here in Michigan get rough. The biggest improvement I did was replacing the OEM Continental TR's with Michelin LTX A/T's a few thousand miles ago. I wished I did this years ago. It makes the Expedition ride like a completely better vehicle. I would also definitely recommend buying a extended warranty for any issue that creeps up. I've had to have the rear end rebuilt (whining), a brake caliper replaced, a transfer case leak fixed, lower ball joints replaced, & an idler pulley replaced. These were small nuisances but I've seen worst from other makes and models.

I have loved every minute that I have owned this vehicle. I drove a 1999 Expedition until I bought this one. They are great vehicles to own.

Great SUV TO OWN
Before buying a 2004 Ford Expedition Xlt model. The wife and I owned a 2001 Toyota Highlander V-6. It a great car for two people And I would recommend it,but if you have a family I would not. In 2002,the wife and I became the pround parents of Twins. Suddenly we had no more room in the highlander the double stroller would take up half of the rear area. I wanted to buy the Toyota Sequioa, but it was too much dinero$$, so we shopped around and found a suv that not only had the room and space but was affortable. All I can say we are very happy with Expeditation.
Great SUV
I am getting around 460 miles per tank on the highway. That is doing 70-75 mph w/ ac on. Plus I always keep the maintenance up to date
best s.u.v.
I believe this suv has plenty of power, interior is proper for a man my size, comfortable, and a joy to drive.
